McDonald's Manukau City

I ordered a fillet-o-fish burger and to my surprise the cheese was cut in like 2 inches in size. Are they rationing on how much cheese to put in a burger instead of a whole slice?

Absolutely disgusted won’t be ordering from here again, also the toilets had urine all over the sink told one of the girls she didn’t seem to fussed to clean them

You would expect a restaurant labelled “24 hours” to mean that you can order whenever you want, but they need to change their branding to “order whenever we feel like serving you”, because I’ve come in multiple times during the early morning and every single time it’s the same thing: “Hi, we’re not taking orders right now”. I work in fast food and I understand things take time to be prepared, but if that’s the case then your business shouldn’t be labelled “24 hours” as that would be a misleading statement.

This Maccas is a nice place to sit and catch up with friends. There's a playground inside. There's a small birthday party room. You have to order on screen and the staff call out the order number on the receipt. You can still scan your Maccas app deals.

Had ordered food by drive through, when get an order, food is cold when asked to replace it, the supervisor just snatched the fries and throw it away with anger. When asked she is rude. Then sonpreet manager came to talk she had zero customer service skills and behaved the same way . Poor service and staff
