McDonald's Manukau City

I'm reminded why McDonald's is so popular and has so many franchises. Dine in was still open after 10 pm on a Saturday while Wendy's and Carl's Jr closed its doors. Service was understandably slow: But as a person with low vision, there's no choice but to order at the counter since I can'tsee the kiosk. It would be helpful to have atleast one server at every McDonald's ready when a customer is waiting at the counter.

Great customer service ordered 2 happy meals & a fillet o fish when I got home I realised there was only half a slice of cheese in my fillet o fish reading the current reviews on here is crazy is McDonald’s in Manukau on a tight budget smh.

We ordered bigmac, cheese burger. Both of them were sad burgers. Very thin beef and dried out.nnThere was a person sleeping on one of the benches and seemed to be emanating sa foul order. It was an unpleasant atmosphere especially for kidsnNever coking back here.

I ordered a coupon off the app. A massive McMuffin with two hash browns and a large mccafe cappuccino. When I got the order hash browns were cold. Coffee was warm. And instead of a massive McMuffin I got a sausage and egg McMuffin. Not good at all

I visit there couple of times, food quality was good but the restaurant wasn't clean and they deliver wrong order on the table. Overall was ok. Mistakes happens and sometimes they might be short staff.
