This Maccas is a nice place to sit and catch up with friends. There's a playground inside. There's a small birthday party room. You have to order on screen and the staff call out the order number on the receipt. You can still scan your Maccas app deals.

top tip is to add the hash brown into your chicken mc muffin.

I ordered chicken mcmuffin meal from drive thru this morning n I was served wrong order. It happened quite few times now. I gave 2 x meal orders n was charged n served 1 only n I had to drive again in que for another order. I stopped going to Manukau McDonald's after it happened few times with me and now again the same mistakes. I don't eat beef n pork n was served bacon in my mcmuffin order. Really pissed off. Hopeless service.

Awesome the staff were great polite welcoming helpful, the place was spotless clean and tidy, the staff were doing a fantastic job from customer service to cleaning crew, that can only happen in a happy workplace I approached the duty manager and shared my reflection as without great management their would not be a great customer experience.nI was about 1pm thanks Mc Donald management and staff.

The staff people are very nice and respectful, I thank them for keeping that posture behavior in a professional manner in a tough industry that serves hungry people.we all know how people can get when they are hungry lol well done! And the food is well prepared and on point, especially with the fries very crispy and hot. The burgers as always, tasty and well presented not messy
