McDonald's Manukau City

Absolutely disappointed with our experience at McDonald’s drive-through yesterday morning. My partner and I waited in the queue for nearly 20 minutes, only to receive terrible customer service and freezing cold food. The workers were extremely rude and acted as if they were rushing everyone, yet the service itself was incredibly slow and unorganised.nnWe ordered hotcakes, and when we received them they were literally freezing cold. We politely asked for them to be heated up, and the staff assured us they had fixed them. However, once we parked up and checked again, they were STILL cold. Completely unacceptable, especially after such a long wait.nnWhen customers are paying money for food, the bare minimum should be warm meals and respectful service. Instead, we left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like our money had been wasted. The whole experience was unprofessional and honestly shocking. Lord help us, because what was meant to be a quick meal turned into an unnecessary and disappointing experience.

20 minutes to get 1 burger and 1 drink. Absolutely shocking. The packer is chit chatting instead of packing the orders. Worst McDonalds I have ever seen.

Understand they're busy, when you see staff chating. Igroning customers at the counters. Food stacking up and going cold. Waited 30mins for my order and it was cold. It's not good enough. Pick up your game. Worse experience at a McDonald's. Will not be going to this branch agian.

Dropped in for in house meal. Staff yelling to each other all the time. Beepers on ovens turned to high volume ing going off every couple secondsnBig mac and chicken burger just thrown together missing ingredients and only just warm. Chips soft and slight warm. Staff attitude more about themselves rather than customers. Never put up or had to put up anything near this bad ever.

Mc donalds os mc donalds. Its moderate noise, most times its clean. I usually stick to drive threw, my kids love the park and would rather play than eat. Parks always smelling like toejams. But kids dont care
