Customer service. Cleanliness excellent.Quick coffee stop. However I didn't see manual sign in for Covid 19 form. Considering the moving through alert levels. I did see QR code though. So personally I keep my own record manually.

Can’t complain. The place is clean and service always been fine. Easy parking during the day, sometimes that alone is the most important thing.

I went in during a busy time and I have to say I've eaten better made burgers at other outlets Penrose, for example at busy times. Also, the toilets are not properly indicated for people who might not know Maori. My pregnant wife had a hard time spotting the right one and then I showed her the right one. :

Good quick service, food wasn't as fresh but understandable as it was very busy

Staffs here need at least try to smile and friendly to costumers, so we happily stay and buy more instead costumers just want to leave the restaurant due to their serious facial face.
