Burger King Papatoetoe

The burger buns were burnt and fries were not cooked properly and food was cold too. The last time at least buns were ok, I was so hungry and came back from work and just got this burnt buns burger, was really upset as I was tired to cook. Please you really need to look into it and need to check before you serve or deliver it to customer.

Food was good as was the service but the cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. Tables with food scraps and rubbish on it. Bin overflowing onto the floor and not cleaned. There was a table where liquid was all over it and the floor. A patron had to ask staff to clean it up and the staff member totally overlooked the overflowing bin. Not once did I see any staff come out to clean areas of the restaurant. Not what you want to see while dining in.

Ordered 1x BBQ bacon cheeseburger combo and 1x Rodeo burger via Uber eats and received 2x creamy mayo cheeseburgers instead. This is the 2nd time this exact same thing has happened and for some reason it's not eligible for a refund so a waste of money. Why do your staff struggle to get orders correct? How can this happen twice! Don't waste your money

Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.

Waited long time for my order, awful customer service, rude staff and just tell me to wait, wait and wait at the queue. My order was top of the list on the computer panel and none of the staffs are preparing the pack my order. DON'T GO THERE. Get your staff trained properly with professional manners please! Burgers just sitting there on the shelf and not getting packed! Horrible management and attitude!
