Burger King Papatoetoe

Super disgusting experience. Never going back there again. Ordered a junior salad burger combo for my child via drive thru. Came home and he started eating it straight away only to find out that they have given us a burger with meat in it. We do not eat meat. I have approached the authorities about this matter. But people be very careful when you order something from this particular branch. Absolutely disgusting.

Highly avoid.nNice looking place with the event. Was served by Indian ladies. The shirt was thin. Probably good for summer or as a rag.nnFood was horrible. I feel bad for my brother and grandpa. I got my grandpa the chicken burger or something and my brother got the whopper and I wanted to try the rebel again. Cause I haven't had that in a looooong as time. Unfortunately, they just don't know how to cook. Like the patty was burnt black and the rebel patty doesn't even taste as good as I remember it. I'll have to avoid this spot forever.nnI tried there soft drink machine. It tasted horrible. I didn't even bother with a different flavour. I just tossed the entire drink in the bin. The drink was 95% filled. Chips were standard but I wasn't satisfied overall after that experience especially for that store.

Wow . The worst fast food / drive through experience iv ever had. Waited 30-40mins in the drive through , no other cars in drive through , rude service the man kept getting the order mixed up and then when we finally got the food it was all cold and stale, rubbery dehydrated chicken Patty’s . So confused what took so long if the food was so cold ? So disgusted and dissapointed .

This place had a makeover. Smaller counter which feels a bit claustrophobic. They lack in service though. They don't put enough sauce in the burgers yo! Check your burgers before you leave or you'll be bitterly disappointe

Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.
