McDonald's Papatoetoe

Went through their drive thru at 4am. Friendly staff. Had to wait a couple of minutes coz meal.was cooked to order which was fantastic. I'll be going back again for my 4am munchies

Not the best place to start your morning unless you can deal with the long lines in drive thru followed by more waiting in line after your order is taken with no apology given. I don't think its the staff in general its way these places are run. SAD

I want to give a huge shoutout to Oscar who works at the drive-thru. He is always so polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Every time we come through for breakfast and Oscar is the one serving us, we leave with a smile. He makes the experience that much better, and it’s clear he really cares about his job and the customers. Outstanding service! We’re always happy when it’s him at the window!

Awesome service have no issues. Note some employees have English as a second language - best to be kind, calm, and patient when placing orders through drive-thru ... as the food is always great
