McDonald's Papatoetoe

I want to give a huge shoutout to Oscar who works at the drive-thru. He is always so polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Every time we come through for breakfast and Oscar is the one serving us, we leave with a smile. He makes the experience that much better, and it’s clear he really cares about his job and the customers. Outstanding service! We’re always happy when it’s him at the window!

I come here alot! And all the staff even the manager is so lovely and all the others are too. But the one Chinese girl with glasses doing the coffee in the morning is not good! I'm only being honest she looks so unhappy mayb it's just her but put her in the cooking department not seeing customers. She slams the window shut. Just a all over rude unhappy person. I wouldn't let a person treat my clients this way she'd be fired on the spot. It can bring a person down like myself at times seeing her like that!

I go to this McDonald's everyday for a coffee. Today I went at around 530 and the guy at the first window was so rude and slammed the window in my face. And when I got my hot cakes she was also rude south Auckland staff for you. If I go at 7am or 8am they have the best team on. Wasn't happy with my service today! And won't be back at that time. 24-5-2025 at 530.

I ordered a Raspberry and coke float with chocolate ice cream but they give me a single raspberry flavour and instead of chocolate ice cream they gave me vanilla and as I was going to tell her she immediately went away. I’m never coming back.

Just got served by the lovely Oscar in drive-thru!nBeyond Excellent customer service by him....needs to be made a trainer or manager to train staff on service.nThank you so much Oscar,God bless you!
