McDonald's Massey Road

We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and there was no chicken nugget in the box only fries, sauce. When the bag arrived it was sealed so I know it wasn’t uber eats. This place needs to do better with their services, very poor.

Waited 6mins in the drive thru.nOnly 2cars at that time.nnFood was cooked well.nMy BIG MAC burger was very untidy. -Seen in photos below-nnOverall 7/10nthings could improve since this is a very busy location.nnHopefully i won't be disappointed next time.

The staff have great vibes and obviously like working with each other. So lovely to watchnnThey took a bit long with a drive through coffee but more than made up for it!

My experience at McDonald's Massey Road was not great at all. I used the drive-through. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive, unhelpful, and somewhat aggressive.nThe guy who took my order must have thought the microphone was off, or he just didn't care because I could hear him swearing his head off.nIt took way too long for them to take my order - i was sitting at the drive-through waiting for them to take my order for almost five minutes. Then, it took about the same amount of time for them to bring my order and I was the only one in the drive-through. I don't expect fast food to be slow!nTo top it off, after waiting for so long for my order, they then got my order wrong. My order was missing a large fries and not 1 but 2 burgers! By the time I realized I was already about a 10 minute drive away. I paid nearly $45, and for them to leave out what I would guess is over $10 worth of products is absolutely despicable.nI sure won't ever be returning to McDonald's Massey Road anytime soon.nFrom the shocking and downright rude customer service and the ridiculous wait time to the incorrect order, I give them an overall score of 2/10nDefinitely would not recommend it.

Trying to charge $5 for plain regular cheeseburger buns is wild!!! Even though the screen had $2.50 like other mcds franchises, the manager tried to say we had to pay full price for a normal cheeseburger & remove all the fillings. No thank you.
