McDonald's Massey Road

Waited 6mins in the drive thru.nOnly 2cars at that time.nnFood was cooked well.nMy BIG MAC burger was very untidy. -Seen in photos below-nnOverall 7/10nthings could improve since this is a very busy location.nnHopefully i won't be disappointed next time.

Won a chance card twice in the app and got told go redeem In stores for your price. The Manger working at the time did not listen to what I was saying and start saying I was in the wrong and completely refused to get my prize or get the code from my money. The manager at the Massey McDonald's refused and didn't want to get my order from my 2nd wining at the chance card which I was told to go to stores and redeem the card and almost cancelled my original order for McChicken.

Drive thru is fast. Just wish they had McCafe coffees... The hot chocolate I got from front counter wasn't topped up with syrup... So it was more of a murky hot water... But food good

Manager Māori lady with glasses awesome friendly service and very efficient. She seems really good to the employees as well. Keep up the good mahi!
