Burger King Bader Drive

Very bad experience i bought food on 19 april the lettuce was rotten and food was cold it was not even busy please dont serve food like this keep your standard up

We stopped at Burger King Mangere on our way to the airport for a quick lunch, but unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. After placing our orders, we waited over 15 minutes with no sign of our food, while we noticed that more than 20 vehicles were served via the drive-through and Uber Eats pickups.nnAfter 20 minutes, we still hadn't received our order. When we asked a staff member about it, they gave us a blank look and walked away without addressing the situation. Finally, after approximately 23 minutes, our order was ready at the counter.nnGenerally, we've had good experiences with Burger King, but this particular visit was disappointing. We hope this location can improve its service in the future.

If there was a star for zero I would absolutely give that the burgers patties were burnt that is disgusting. Would you feed your kids burnt stuff?? I have photos and will be reporting this further to food safety. Absolutely appalling I will never ever go back there

Food is decently made generally but could definitely pay more attention to orders, after coming here enough times I feel like I can say the team forgets cheese on the rebel chook with cheese order pretty much 50% of the time which is annoying as it's a listed menu product and costs more than the regular one - other branches don't seem to have this problem.

The burger was cold but besides I feel pretty uncomfortable there, some people where there just to refill coke like crazy, some looks like homeless or so.. and acting weird, just feels awkward… if you are tourist just avoid this place.
