Burger King Bader Drive

Absolutely the worst bk I've ever been tonTotally disorganised, took ten minutes to make a burger. Served ice-cream first and it melted before burger. Several people had wrong orders. When mine came it was cold.nnSomething needs to be done with franchise. It is diabolical.

No mobile order. Otherwise far more efficient than McDonald's and less hassle.

The food is always good here, but it's the people that come by there that make it ghetto. Ive been here many times and staff are wonderful but I had like 5 issues with homeless people. The first time, someone was stationed near the pay window asking for coins, the other time I was ordering at the speaker when a Caucasian man asked for gas money to go back to Palmerton North. I was brought up there so when I asked what suburb that he was from, he didn't know. Another incident happened when I decided to feed my kids inside burger King and some homeless guy just walked in, didn't buy anything and went straight to the fill machine. I mean I love that refill drink machine but there needs to be ways that it recognises the burger King bottles... good luck, will still be coming here but management check in with your staff if they okay or what's being done to prevent incidents like that. Get security

Maybe move away from free drinks to control the cleaning of the restaurant. Always sticky from people dropping their drinks and refilling because they know the drink is free.nnFood and customer service is otherwise great!

Dreadful. For was unappetising and the staff were poorly trained and did not know how to solve problems. Manager was also unsure of what to do and stressed and ride at the same time.
