McDonald's Mangere

9.05am on Wednesday morning.nExcellent service but the food took long to get made. Friesnoverall the service was great but the drive thru was very untidy and unclean.nnThe food was made fresh.nThe lady at the first window was really polite aswel.

Nice place to have family lunch. Got a playground across the road. Beautiful place. Staff are excellent here, they take the pressure with ease and a cheerful smile on their face. Now they introduced more kiosk selling. I loved when there was more staff on the counter. Either way you love it just pay a visit.

I mean I understand they’re busy but service is slow so they prioritise drive thru orders than customers ordering inside so I’d suggest for everyone to go through the drive thru if they don’t want to stand there waiting. Also this town centre has gone down the drain, rubbish everywhere, homeless people sitting in front of stores like it’s their house. Only good thing was the young lady at the counter was really nice.

2wks ago on a Saturday, took my family for lunch and never again will we go there.nnThe one pouty lazy looking staff member that was supposed to be wiping down the tables & mopping the sticky wet floor was useless.nnI had to ask her if I could use a cloth to wipe down the table as all the other tables that were empty were dirty as well.nnShe spent the last 10mins mopping the same spot that still looked dirty. I asked if she could mop near our table as it was wet and slippery, she lazily said she couldn't do it while we were sitting at the table. And when told it was NOT under the table, it was near the table she refused, so I told her to give me the mop to do her damn job.nnI grabbed a heap of paper towels to lay on sticky, wet dirty floor.nnIf you don't like your job or customer facing why do you even work in that role!nnCompany would get sued if a customer slipped and fell.nnThe other staff members were really friendly, great service, apart from that one lazy staff member.nnSorry Macca's staff for the low rating, but you can thank that one useless staff member.

Came through the drive thru, woman serving us there was pretty rude and didn’t have good attitude. Not good customer service. Also missing like several items and got two different orders from what we originally paid for about 3-4 times and as it was around midnight, we had to wait 15 minutes in the line again to get our correct order. Useless.
