McDonald's Mangere

I ordered iced mocha! And this is what they gave me. I told the lady this is not iced mocha it’s a latte and she goes yes it is mocha you you want me to put some chocolate syrup and i go yes please, this is what i get again! Same thing! I have been ordering from here for years and never been disappointed with mocha and now it finally has happened. You don’t understand how a person feels when you stuff up someone’s food!

Don’t eat from here if you want some hair with your Big Mac .. oh and don’t try to ring to complain either they won’t pick up Disgusting !!!

I have ordered in the past month two quarter pounders and tonight when I opened my takeaway box, all the burger had was a patty in bread with a tiny bit of sauce and nothing else! I’m so annoyed about this. They do this often and no one is fixing this and it’s not okay. Try go to a different store if you want your order done correctly….. Also every-time I go in the staff are just rude and seem extremely bored which is fine but you don’t have to be rude. I’m not going to this store anymore.

Very clean. Inviting atmosphere always busy but always clean and service was great.

This is unbelievable. I found a chip in my large frozen raspberry drink. It got stuck in my straw. My regular Sunday was melted and I ordered a hot fudge on the top but didn’t get any on the top?
