Quite impressed! I reckon the fries are much better than McDonalds, and the pricing for most items was comparable. Really really good sundae, and my burger was quite nice. The place was clean and spacious, and service was quick and delivered straight to the table. Would recommend!

Decent burgers and convenient location, close to airport. Popular spot, service was good. Toilets need to be maintained throughout the day for hygiene factors.

Great for eating while waiting for airport pick ups. I come here more than the kfc and McDonald’s now. Carl’s jr are like slightly better quality. Burger King!

Horrible service by the young lady who served us and the gentleman before us who had to get her attention. No friendly smile or greeting. Had to repeat my order 3 times because she just couldn't be bothered. Really disappointing. Food was ok at best. Nice new building.

Best Carl's Jr I have been too in Auckland, have visited 5 locations. Good enough service, fresh and hot food, made on order and no waiting around.

Poorly made, burgers taste different,  chips old and soggy, dont waste your money here, i couldnt finish it it was so bad

Ordered form the drive through Fri 19th Feb around midday, the food was terrible - burger was stale & cold, chips soggy – I ended up throwing it in the bin
