McDonald's Otahuhu

This is our local McDonalds and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. This morning I asked the staff if they could customize my iced latte based on a drink I seem on tik tok and they were more than happy to oblige, shout out Therese always great service from this place

Quite tidy. Came here for breakfast in the early morning. But somehow my burgers are not hot enough

I placed my burger on the main counter after it was handed to me and stepped away briefly. While I was gone, a homeless person took my burger. There was no security on site, and although the cashier saw what happened, they continued serving customers and didn’t intervene.Don’t leave your food unattended on the counter or anywhere else, even for a moment.nnIt was a waste of money, but hopefully someone got to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, based on this experience, it’s 0 stars from me.

Hi,nnAt around 9:20 am today I bought a meal and two cappuccinos for me and my partner. The food was good, but the coffee was not. The cappuccinos were extremely hot and tasted burnt, almost like boiled coffee. The staff may need a bit more training in making coffee.nnThanks

Otahuhu McDonald’s sucks multiple times they’ve mucked up my order but this , this is out of it. Maccas js hiring anyone ‍
