The customer service was good, my online order was ready for me to pickup, no waiting. The whopper tasted amazing

Workers got our order wrong and then proceeded to make us pay the people behind us in the drive-thru. They then said we didn’t pay for our food, but we repeatedly said we had already paid and were just waiting for one drink. They still didn’t listen. I pulled up my transaction, and I hope they do better next time. Also, please speak up when you’re on the mic and speak properly.

Very poor customer service. I purcahsed regular fries and regular softdrinks at the kiosk, and upon claiming my free whopper from my previous receipt, one of the staff, which I don't know the name as she doesn't have a name plate,petite cand white Chinese girl told me that she cannot accept the claim for the free burger because I did not pay on the counter. Very disappointing!

My burger tastes off, the lettuce is brown, was given the wrong sauce for my nuggets and wrong drink, would give 0 stars if that was an option

Terrible service for delivery, pay an extra $1.20 for dipping sauce that never arrives, have received Kings nugget box with nuggets missing and what looks like the burnt food from the bottom of the fryer. Uber eats bags are sealed so we cannot blame the driver. These meals are for my kids which makes it all the more disappointing. Do not recommend.
