Burger King Sylvia Park

Ordered an Hawaiian burger told while ordering no bacon when went to pick up my order they did include bacon also told I don't want bacon could a new one be made they said they changed when I came home saw that they had not prepared the new burger in fact they just removed bacon from that because found a piece of bacon in the packaging very disappointing as I have to throw away the whole burger plus drive through was so slow... Seriously the staff need retrainingnWhat a waste of my money very disappointing....definitely the worst branch

The customer service was good, my online order was ready for me to pickup, no waiting. The whopper tasted amazing

Terrible service for delivery, pay an extra $1.20 for dipping sauce that never arrives, have received Kings nugget box with nuggets missing and what looks like the burnt food from the bottom of the fryer. Uber eats bags are sealed so we cannot blame the driver. These meals are for my kids which makes it all the more disappointing. Do not recommend.

It was quite mid. Food wasn't the best didnt get any sauce for my chicken nuggets! Service was fast but tables were all crusty musty and dirty with gross things smeared all over the wall. Prefere eating out. Seats are quite uncomfortable and the ordering screens where greasy. Drinks and self service which means you can get refills but the drink sizing is trash like from small to medium? Tiny difference!!!! Toilets are utterly disgusting do not come here!!!

Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though.nnI've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners!nnWait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. nnLoo needs an upgrade or makeover!
