Burger King Sylvia Park

I came to this store to get my dinner tonight as I wanted to try the maple bacon chicken burger combo.nThe burger that I expected to have the maple flavour had no sauce apart from a bit of mayo.nIt was so dry and didn't seem fresh at all.nHow can you have a product if it doesn't live up to my expectations?nI think if you are not going to make a burger the way it's supposed to be then it's not worth advertising and trying to sell it.nI would like a free burger made properly for my troubles.

My son accidentally spilled his drink and it went everywhere, the staff was kind enough to comfort my son and clean it up themselves. I apologise for the inconvenience and thanks for the very friendly service!

Terrible service for delivery, pay an extra $1.20 for dipping sauce that never arrives, have received Kings nugget box with nuggets missing and what looks like the burnt food from the bottom of the fryer. Uber eats bags are sealed so we cannot blame the driver. These meals are for my kids which makes it all the more disappointing. Do not recommend.

First of all I just wanna say that ive been going to this exact Burger King location for 10+ years and ive never encountered such a horrible experience with the service. The lady who took all my orders that day was so rude. Her attitude was as if she hated her job. My mom was buying something extra to go along with my other food and she was using a coupon and the lady who took my moms order her name was meenu charged my mom the original price when my mom used a coupon. My mom pointed this out and the lady worker meenu kept sighing like she hated my mom and also looked annoyed, but she ended fixing her mistake. I thought that was gonna be it but I was wrong. It keeps getting worsennI later redeemed a burger off of the bk app with points and went to the counter to redeem it. Meenu went to take my order again. I showed her the burger I redeemed with a code and she said “just a burger?” With a rude attitude. I could tell she was extremely annoyed. I got my burger but my mom ended up wanting another one of the same burger I just got. So I went the the counter to redeem the same burger again, using points again. Meenu was serving me again and I showed her a new code of the burger I had redeemed again using my points and she refused to take my order. She said that I could only redeem the burger once but I had clearly shown to her that there was a new code and that I spent more points to redeem the same burger again and that it wasn’t the code from before. She kept refusing to take to my order and saying that I could only redeem the burger once which I didn’t get what she was trying to say since I already have her proof it wasn’t the same code from before. Anyways she kept refusing to take my order with the same extremely rude attitude and I left and complained to my mom about this and she went to complain to meenu. Meenu had no choice but to let me redeem my second burger as it was part of the bk app. Meenu also gave my mom and I dirty looks as she gave me my burger. I really hope this gets sorted out and fixed when I come next time!

Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though.nnI've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners!nnWait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. nnLoo needs an upgrade or makeover!
