McDonald's Penrose

Last night at 3:24 a.m., I placed an order at McDonald’s through the drive-thru. As soon as I entered the drive-thru, I was asked, “Are you using the app today?” I replied, “Yes,” and I gave the employee taking my order my McDonald’s app account number so I could earn my reward points.nnHowever, the employee did not enter my app number and completed my order without linking it to my account. When I reached the next window to collect my order, I told another staff member that my reward points had not been added to my account. He went to speak with the employee who had taken my order, but that employee falsely claimed that I had never given him my app number.nnThat is simply not true. I clearly provided my McDonald’s app account number when placing my order. Because of the employee’s mistake, my reward points have still not been credited to my account.nnThis is unacceptable. I expect my missing reward points to be added to my account and for this matter to be investigated.

They have only one good barista who start her shift early morning. I dont know her name but she always wear red shirt. Her coffee is better than others because when others my coffee, i feel they just want to finish order only from their list and burn the coffee beans. Only that girl make coffee good

Just went through the drive through, I’d never had an iced chocolate before and didn’t know it came with whipped cream.nI ordered it with soy milk since I can’t have dairy and the lady at the order window was so rude to us, there’s no reason to speak to people like that.nThankful they remade it but it ended up to be soy milk with no chocolate which i’m guessing they were annoyed about having to remake one.nBe nice to people, it costs you nothing

Very very bad extremely pathetic. Got food poisoning after eating your spicy chicken mac. The chicken was not cooked properly. The strawberry milk shake was horrible, only had sugar and ice. Extremely frothy and after having that started with vomiting. The Constant vomiting and bad stomach pain full night. You guys really nèed to check on your food quality and food grade. I never ever had such a bad ecperience from any Mc donalds but after having at your place , I really feel I should stop eating Mc donalds now. Full waste of money. Will never ever recommend your place to anyone .

Recommended to stop here by a friend, and it was the best choice. I got a pie and coffee, and both were delicious. The pie was generously filled with meat and cheese, full of flavour, and the coffee really hit the spot. Will definitely be stopping by again when I’m out that way.
