McDonald's Penrose

This place is a joke. For $8. This is what I got served today. The lack of service or food quality shows that people who work at McDonald’s don’t care! I would have expected a bed of greens and have the courtesy to spread the mayo.

It was early hours 6:25am, misty of the Kings birthdayholiday The parking terms and rules upon entering in the dark was not seen. We had coffee not the greatest McCafé coffee and some breakfast. The staff never mentioned once that we were in a parking enforcement area and that there was a time limit.A few days later we received a penalty fine in the mail, which I am appealing.I would not recommend going there unless you are picking up something on the go.

Ordered breakfast combos, and waited and waited and waited over 10 minutes for our food, while 2 others who ordered after me got their food before me, granted their ordered was small but seriously I thought first in first served, when I said I had waited over 10 minutes next minute food was ready. Not happy, previous times I have had items missing off the order, but because I had driven home, just couldn't be stuffed. Seriously McDonalds you need to be better

Coffee was so blistering hot that holding it burned my hand through the cup. Would suggest they double cup when making coffee that hot. After half an hour is was at a drinkable temp and actually really good.

Swung by here and what I noticed was the 2 young lads at the drive through has lovely smiles. The burger was the best I had but fries could improve. Dont often go Maccas so to actually enjoy it was a treat
