McDonald's Lunn Ave

Bit of a wait for the food but it was fresh and very nice. The bit that got me was even though the store was quiet at 11:50 am the lady literally threw my order across the counter to me with zero eye contact or have a nice days. Even more astonishing is she was right in front of a crew trainer. This is New Zealand, respect your customers and you will be astounded how nice we are !

First time being here , yes i said it. Just stopped in quickly to get a nibble for my daughter whom came with me that day to run errands which lasted all day until the evening.nnAll i can say is, even though i was only served by 2 STAFF that late afternoon drive through dude and a lady that handed me my drinks and food, maybe management which as soon as you approach that place your greeted with a smile from beginning to end the lady that served me was just really nice. My order was fast a little hiccup but was sorted straight away and without any hassles.nHighly recommend this restaurant AA+

The customer service was good. The Angus burgers were delicious.

There have been improvements over the years in staff. Quite good Ice Coffees better than a lot of cafes. Just need more cleaning then this branch will be quite good. Sat 7pm.

No cars in front of me in drive thru, but still waited 20mins to get my food while also having to convince them that I had indeed ordered and paid for a chocolate shake.nnGot the food home but unfortunately the big arch was big burnt, the fries tasted like they'd been in a luke warm sauna so I didn't touch the cheesy chicken. I didn't want the onset of queasy to quicken.nnI returned to lunn ave to give them a second chance. Surely this was an aberration. They very quickly agreed to rectify the situation and remade the food. Once again unfortunately we got a semi cheesy chicken, vanilla shake ordered choc and the big arch went from burnt paddies to burnt buns.nnMoral of the story - go to Mt Wellington Maccas - they're great - or Burger King.
