Walked in at least 20 people waiting for food. Only 2 staff serving, one of those was on drive through. The other staff member was literally run between stations to make up orders. Waited at least 15 minutes for my order. Eventually a manager came out of the office to help. Then she stood there barking orders at the staff. Not a very good look.

Feedback Regarding Recent ExperiencenI want to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your drive-thru. During my interaction, the service representative displayed unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Specifically, I felt belittled when the individual laughed during my order. This encounter was quite upsetting and did not reflect the positive customer service I have come to expect. I hope this feedback will be used to address such issues. I trust that steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful for this matter. By the way her name is Verss, sounds like that. And also she's the store manager of this branch.

Customer service very slow here. Took 20min to get 4 hash Browns. Very bad . My double cheese burger was nice, but the fries were overcooked. A kids' playground inside the McDonald's. Even a room for a small birthday party or business meetings. Nice and clean . Heaps of parking outside.

There have been improvements over the years in staff. Quite good Ice Coffees better than a lot of cafes. Just need more cleaning then this branch will be quite good. Sat 7pm.
