Got a really good deal with the bundler. The grilled patty give you a different taste to the hamburger. The loaded fries is really rich.nThe only issue is the drink, at least my sprite was quite bland. The service was quick though. Once I ordered they served it in a few minutes. Clean space and clean bathroom.

Best burger chain that I have tried here in NZ. Their burger patty is flavorful. Every bite is so good!!! You have got to try their Jim Beam Burger, take note that this is on the sweet side but it works perfectly. If you want something basic, try the Famous Star. You won't regret it.nnYou can skip their sides. Fries and onion rings are so so. Service was quick and the place was clean.

Soggy chips are not really acceptable. Burgers were average. They have to lift their game as there are many better options. At least the young man who served us was polite. It is quite sad because I remember when it opened it was amazing. I cannot recommend this place.

Anushka was a great patient manager. She explained my issue extremely quickly and pleasantly.nMy highlights, my chocolate milkshake was delicious. Burger was okay, and chips were warm but clean atmosphere, great little team.

Just ordered 2 Burgers tonight, 9 May at 9:40pm. We were 1 of 3 cars.. All 3 cars were told to wait to the side, after 15 - 20 mins we finally got our 2 burgers and both were cold!?nnDon't waste your time here, I can see now why the reviews are so bad.nnZero Stars.
