Its easy to work in the fast food industry. Just give what people pay for.nGlen innes mcdonalds constantly miss items, give wrong orders and forget sauce!!nnThey make it difficult to be happy when they don't give u what u pay for.nThey don't even deserve minimum

Service here us TERRIBLE. Whenever we come here it's slow. On my recent visit we got one frozen coke. That should be a simple thing that someone can quickly get done so we can leave. But no, took 8 minutes. We had to wait for all the big orders to be done before our little one. Lady at the counter pretty much threw the drink on the counter and didn't say anything or give a straw.

Last time ever ,never ever getting any meal from Glen Innes branch. Meal is meal, shouldn't be complaining, but honestly, patties were hard as, fries not as it should be.

This establishment has a track record of mixing up orders that is older than time itself.nnIn 2008 they forgot my hashbrown, in the last 12 months 3 of 5 of my orders have missed items.nnNext time you're there dining in, look to the portrait of the owners handing on the south wall by the cashier. Gaze upon them. They are the faces of poor customer experinece and lax business processes.

Everything fresh and delicious. Drive through lady very nice and kind. Fast service.
