McDonald's Glen Innes

Lastnight I did a big order of 3 share boxes 3 happy meals 5 cheese burgers and 5 chicken cheese burgers, everything ran smoothly until I had to return because they forgot 3 big macs in my order. The manager was rude and trying to say that she could not make a mistake like that and that I was lying making me feel wrong for even asking for what clearly was their mistake. Next time I should tell them to check their cameras‍ there will be a next time because this is not the first time that this has happened usually if its a small order I wouldn't bother to go back if they had missed 1 thing but I wasn't spending $200 and not getting all that was owed. I am very truthful and I treat all service people with kindness but lastnight pissed me off. When she handed me the 3 big macs she then continued to be rude and say you have what you want now go ‍ mind you I was still being polite about everything telling them sorry I don't tell lies and that I dont know what to tell them that I didn't receive the 3 big macs and everything else I have.

Honestly, I don’t even know why I ordered again from this place. A joke is an understatement, the first time I ordered from UnerEats I got two cheeseburgers, and I kid you not!!!!! They sent these without the buns, so tell me why I’ve just ordered again and have received a Big Mac with only one meat paddy. Lollllllll my partners burger didn’t even come with the meat. This place is an actual rip off. Crap service, crap food, crap management.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the country always super slow and cannot make a coffee or matcha to save themselves

Gave me the wrong order. I ordered 4 quarter pounder patties and got 4 cheeseburger patties

My daughter brought two combos late at night pre 12 am Big Mac and Quarter pounder combo.nFor her and InWe were charged over $60 .nAbsolutely ripped off taking advantage of a late night uber feed.nNever again!
