Tried the new McSpicy Chicken burger from McDonald's Otahuhu Massey Road. It was good, nice level of spice and I would probably buy it again. I redeemed my points to get it 10000. Also the customer service via the drive thru was really good.Food: 4/5
Hot Chocolate was the best I'd had from anywhere is years! The NYC Breakfast Bagel was sooo good. Very well made &served hot, as were the fries. We all enjoyed our meals! Restaurant reasonably clean. Female toilets needed some attention.Food: 5/5
Drive through slow to begin as there was no attendant to take orders. I was 4th in line waiting, when finally I heard "welcome to McDonald's place you're order when you're ready" Then the ball started rolling. Great, come back. Thank you
Door dashed from these guys this morning and the coffee that were order were poorly made. Amazing lady at the drive through took a complex order with easy and a smile! Food was fast, tasty and hot. Ticking all the fast food boxes. And now happy kids
Went to McDonald’s requested fresh fries got to the window she confirmed I wanted fresh fries got me to park up and wait. I parked up and waited and what do you know the fries are cold and old.
Not the worst. Pretty nice interior all things considered. Staff are above average for a McDonald's. Toilets are atrocious though.Food: 3/5
Place looks different and see new staff as management too, no more islanders & Indian that plays around with no customer focus. Food taste better and service fast.. place looks so clean that when food lands on the table you can still eat it,
Clean and excellent service. Awesome barista at McCafe Local icon and places reflects in the interior which makes it otahuhu own. Spacious outdoor dining area, warm and breezy There's a small conference room. The only down side playground too small.
