The ice cream also melted And this is less than 1 min from order... Bad experience Dirty playground area too
worst maccas ever. Never go here. not only did they get my order wrong. They forgot to put the bread in for my burger. How do you manage to forget the bread? There phone doesn’t work so you can’t call them. Rude workers. Gross and unclean. Have also rung HR.Food: 1/5
Came here for lunch.. Really nice lady on the intercom . Spoke nice and clearly . However they gave me a bun so stale on my big mac that you wonder if they are on last year's stock. Surely some sort of knowledge is passed down to the cook.. bro if these buns feel stale.. They probably are.. Throw that one away.. Its a no brainier.. Level 5 local guide signing off
I come here sometimes at midnight in the weekends after a sesh or drinkup. Midnight staff are always nice especially the ladies that take your order are patient and kind asf for some reason other maccas are never, rhymes with Make a cow. Theres just one lady that took our order two or three times who’s confusing or can’t hear half the time saying huh, but she’s older so I don’t care. Other than that most times food are nice asf and fresh, other times it’s normal what you expect you know like be for real, it’s fast food!. Like if you want good ass quality burgers and fries go to a burger place or just go somewhere else idk. All maccas I been to taste the same, most of my best maccas meals I’ve had were from cleandon maccas actually. Service here is just better than other maccas I’ve been to.
The night drive through big girl has hearing issues. Always getting the order wrong. Then yells and blames the customer for not saying the order properly. This happens only when she is on. Her attitude is way out of line. Worst customer service skills.Food: 3/5
This review only gets 5 stars for customer service for the lady at the drive-thru who has a pleasant voice, professional, and well mannered. visited in March/April 2024 Other than that, the whole store needs a good clean up outside. Too many bums hanging around outside is intimidating for customers, trash strewn all over the car park. Not a good look for a food joint.

My son just finished work, called into Clendon Mcdonalds at 23.15 knowing this was open for 24hours As he made his way to the drive thru cars where in front just as he continued to drive a worker came out and place a cone two cars in front of him. The store was closing b4 midnight. So disappointed it states on the web site open for 24 HOURS operation. Tried calling the store but no one answered.
Very poor service. We waited more than 30 minutes just for hot chocolate. This is unacceptable.. and no apologies for their slow service. Don’t deserve a star at all
