McDonald's Manurewa

We went for ice cream around 8.30pm.nFirst of all, the roller doors are left open for the homeless and window washers to hangout in - see my 2nd and 3rd photo. All we smelt was cigarettes which was disgusting! I am unsure why this is being done.nWe ordered the soft serve and it was already melting.nThere are flies everywhere and the restaurant was untidy.nOne good thing was that there is a seperate delivery collection room.nOverall would not come back to this restaurant even though I’m a local. It has the potential but unfortunately the owner and the workers are not taking pride. It’s unsafe with dodgy people occupying the place and window washers getting luxury for the illegal work.

Ordered a burger, nuggets and 2 small fries and they gave me 1 medium fries with this much of fries inside..I called and nobody answered.Do u take ur job seriously like keep it up. Last time I ordered the taste of the double quarter pounder is disgusting, the onions are off and I let that slide.. Manukau branch is a better option and I just accidentally ordered from the manurewa branch this time..

Avoid Manurewa at all costs. Dry distasteful disgusting. No sauce, no famous gherkin.... probably the worst burger I've ever had in my life. Service is slow. Happened to be close any hungry at the time. Thought it's McDonald's, trust the name. Huge mistake, should have checked reviews first. My bad

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! My brother had maggots in his burger! We will be taking this further!

Would vote zero stars if I could. Ordered off uber eats and this is the second time i’ve received basically pink water instead of a raspberry fizzy drink, and my sundae was filled too much that it overflowed all in the bag and was unedible. I can’t even blame the driver because the drinks were sitting up perfectly fine. Chips are soggy and cold as usual. I know other restaurants do an amazing job and take pride in what they do for a fast food job, but Manurewa need to pull their head in.
