McDonald's Manurewa

I always dine here. But today when I ordered the Big Mac & customized no ice for my drink, this is what I got. They just removed the ice and didn't even fill up the cup.nDisappointing! I just don't want to argue anymore with them.

before packaging food please ensure you are packaging the RIGHT items. i ordered a LARGE ice chocolate and received an ice coffee instead. i paid an extra $1 and for what?nnyou cannot blame uber delivery for this.

I found that they don't clean up on the cafe side. The milk trother after use is never wiped down, Giving coffee a burnt taste. Esp when switching from milk to alternatives milk products. My coffee was also cold hot chocolate was way too sweet? Used to be so good once upon a time

ZERO STARS Worst Mac Donald’s ever! Since they only cook burgers and chips ALL DAY LONG you’ll think they’ll be good at it by now. Asked for hot food in the drive thru then got given cold food, told the lady I asked for hot food she gave me nasty look and then come back with same cold food not hot or re made just gave me same food as if I wouldn’t check and slammed door on me

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at McDonald’s Manurewa has been disappointing. The attitude of some team members comes across as arrogant, both toward customers and delivery drivers. Even when orders are ready, delivery drivers are often made to wait outside for no reason, which feels unfair and intentional.nnGood customer service should include respect for everyone, including those picking up food for others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and communication.
