Tank Juice Bar Bombay

What the heck tank?! I ordered a chicken salad and there was uncooked brown onion all through it. Gross!

Went today at 5pm, staff member first advised no juice is available, can only order smoothies. When I order 3 smoothies, one cup was half empty and also bananas were not even properly crushed. Tank should look into their franchise business, you guys charge premium price, should also provide good service.

My partner and I came in at 8.00am on Monday 8th August & got a Pineapple, Strawberry & Apple juice. It smelt and tasted very off. We politely told the woman working who blankly starred at us and didn't seem to know what to do she reluctantly made us a new one which also tasted the same. We told her that it tasted identical to the first one and that we would be throwing it out on the way out as it wasn't drinkable. No refund was offered. We said perhaps they needed to clean the pipes on the machine or check the different fruit variety chunks to see if any of them were off. Undrinkable juice and terrible customer service - we wouldn't be coming back or reccomend others to stop in here for a refreshing road trip beverage.

Not impressed with this place at all. So annoyed, numerous times we have driven 20 minutes to get dinner & they are ‘closing’ up for the night 20 minutes before closing hours so won’t make a salad only smoothies!!! What the heck, I know you have to clean up etc but pay your staff to do so after the doors close not while hours of business are still open.

Drove all the way hey to get lunch at 1pm after it being closed yesterday, walk in and get told they’re closing to go and help out the Pukekohe and can’t serve me. Go to Pukekohe and there’s a sign saying at 1:15pm that they have gone on lunch and won’t be back until 2:30pm even though there were two ladies standing behind the counter. What’s the point in even opening at all?! Terrible service and won’t bother again.

Every time we go there the staff look unhappy. Only one girl smiles when she serves you. Good service today, glad the usual girl in a black shirt wasn't there today, she makes the service feel like she doesn't want customers at the store.

Love the food and the service, but there is no place to sit down other than 2 high istools. Seems like Autobahn next door is sick of getting Tank customers to sit there. Adding few chairs inside or outside would be a big and easy plus for your Tank customers

Wasn't greeted, just got stared at. I had to say hello first. I then asked for a Vietnamese salad with a little less vermicelli than normal. I waited a long time to be given a salad that had the tiniest amount of vermicelli, 2 pieces of cucumber and no nuts. Small amount of dressing and whatever tongs they used to mix with must have been dirty as the salad tasted like old fruit. Have rung 8 times and left a message. Still no response! Useless!

My daughter brought a tank drink just before lunch. And I'm sorry but the apple juice was off. It was a pineapple strawberry apple. It was 10$. I have been trying to yous all afternoon.
