McDonald's Kelston

Very disappointed in the food I received through delivery especially since I spent over a hundred dollars. The burgers I received look old and the buns were hard and the lettuces were soggy, the fries I received were not fresh fries but looked old and stale and tasted hard and cold, the nuggets i got were old and wrinkled and tasted really hard and cold as well. I also order chocolate sundae with base vanilla ice cream but I got chocolate instead. So overall I was very disappointed in my order especially since it was for my whole family and costed me quite alot. As a person who works in the fast food industry I know that giving customer good quality food is a must for every store, but what I got was not very good.

The breakfast quality was very poor, and the coffee tasted like very hot water instead of proper coffee. I think the staff may need more training and coaching to improve the service and product quality.

Very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a Coke Zero with no ice, but there was confusion with the order. When I tried to clarify what I had requested, an older staff member who appeared to be a supervisor or manager spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner, asking why I wanted to change it.nnI was simply asking for the drink I had originally requested. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. Customers should be treated with basic respect, even if there is a misunderstanding with an order.nnUnfortunately, after having the food, I also developed stomach issues and have had diarrhoea several times since. I cannot confirm that the food was the cause, but the symptoms started after this meal, which has made the overall experience even more concerning.nnVery disappointed with both the customer service and my experience with the food.

Bro I dont know what it is about kelston but they ALWAYS seem to somehow get something wrong. Got a fifa meal didnt even get the cup and got a VANILLA mcflurry and got a chocolate one, I absolutely can NOT stand chocolate ice-cream idk what it is but it tastes SOOOOO BADDDD to me im so sad..... the other time I ordered a iced chocolate....took one sip and it was just straight up syrup....my god I better get tested for diabetes. THIS WAS THE NIGHT SHIFT AT 12!!! Sorry but do not recommend.

I ordered a mc spicy burger and was really disappointed — it was cold, and the lettuce was clearly old and wilted. Definitely not the quality you'd expect from McDonald’s. Won’t be coming back to this location unless things improve.
