McDonald's Kelston

My partner and I came to have lunch here we were in the mood for mc spicy chicken but had the worst service and food ever. The staff was rude and had such bad attitude. The fries were cold and had no salt in it and it was bland I had to return it 3 times. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The lettuce was old and black. I had to drive back to return it and we got another meal but the chicken was still dry and chewy and over cooked. The staff need to get trained and the head office needs to check on them. Spoilt our mood and appetite.

Took a total of 20 seconds for my order to be done, plus when I asked, they put it into happy meal boxes! Oh yeah, the playground is HUGE, food is very yummy, my 2nd favorite maccas first being taupo obviously. Oh yeah, and everything is at least 5% cheaper, 5$ 6 piece nuggets??? But you must ask them for that. Price reference: 6.70$ fliet o fish

I ordered Mc combo Medium at 12/03/24 at 2AM in the Morning but when i receive the food, burger was good. The chips was too bad and hard. Very very bad foood served by Mcdonald Kelston. I never go back to this Mcdonald kelston.

Terrible service on a chilled night, cruising with my kids and deciding to detour to Maccas for a treat on our way home. I was in a good mood and high spirits until I got to the speaker, the window, and home to find my daughters cheeseburger req: no onions n pickles had no pattie! Just cheese and bun and a bad run with a very unhappy CSR. She really spoiled the taste of dinner with her bad demeanor. I hope McDs pick up their game with being the best at staff training once upon a time and progression coz that ain't it. Be kind and smile.

what are these patties?? did they change them,nmuch smaller and didnt taste like normal. fries tasted like it was cooked in old oil.
