McDonald's Kelston

I ordered a mc spicy burger and was really disappointed — it was cold, and the lettuce was clearly old and wilted. Definitely not the quality you'd expect from McDonald’s. Won’t be coming back to this location unless things improve.

Forgot to give me my full orderdrink from meal. Waited in drive thru from 9:05-9:25. 20 mins for drive thru for cold fries and no drink just my burger n ice cream.

What's the point of upsizing to large when you only fill it up like a medium? Bit of a scam it seems. Would not recommend going to the Kelston McDonald's. Find the next closest one.
