McDonald's Ash Street

Staff members are friendly, patience, accommodating, and work fast. Queue can be long at times. The staff members tried their best to fulfil the order fast and accurately. The food are cooked well, up to McDonald's standards. The drive thru lane is behind and around the Z shop, and they have 2 waiting bays at the end of the drive thru line.

Very small mcdonalds. The food was nice. Inside the Z gas station. You can order inside but there's no sitting area. You can order from the drive-thru.

I am the regular uber delivery person. On 23 September around 1am night timenI was there to pick uber eats order.nThe lady in black Nike hoodienShe was soo agressive, start yelling on me saying like that, not ready come back in 10 to 20 min.nNo Hlo Hi, i was polite with her and asking how long does it take.nThis is not a good behaviour regarding with uber drivers.nnVery poor service, the waster was all over outside the picking point bad smellnNo health and safety.

Ordered here and was accused straight off the bat of stealing.....wait for it......sauce. A packet of sauce. There were containers of sauce packets on the front counter were food was picked up from. I haven't been into a McDonald's in over 15 years - I just presumed they were for us , I had ordered Nuggets for my nephew hence the visit. But instead of just asking me to cover the cost of the sauce which I would've done or interject my ignorance by saying sorry they aren't for free she accosted me as a scumbag criminal to the 9th degree. I corrected her by saying that wasn't what my intentions were but it just got worse. I could tell that thing weren't going right before I got there, timers going off, other staff weren't working as a team with her or vice-versa, a bit of stress was felt while I was waiting before the debacle but that's not a valid reason to then accuse, throw my receipt on the ground, threaten me that the cops will come and then refuse to give my refund in cash - why cash ?? Because I'm still waiting for my refund via eftpos i knew it would happen. That was a $50 meal for a few kids. If you do read this lady - I've worked in hospo I know a stressed out floor staff when I see one - there was no need to talk to me like that, no need at all. Either have a Assistant Manager with you or start on some team building exercises outside of work because what I saw was a broken team, a broken McDonald's and a stressed out probably over-worked woman.nJust to clarify the woman was big and European.

It is a nice place, not really a good looking one but it is fine. Food is tasty, I remember when I was waiting for my order I saw a cup fell and they didn't use it. I was impressed because I saw many times people using things that are dirty
