Purchased 7 foot long subs today, used to get ham as part of the $9 deal but now that not included but is used on the advertisement.nOther subways inc avondale still offer HamnI think you should change your sign, tad misleading

Poor service. Need training.n14/07/2021 - Lady staff is so stingy to fill-in veges for my foot long bread. First time have experienced having a footlong from subway that has a little veges on each kind. My bread is always filled with veges from other branch but not this one. NOT RECOMMENDED

My family bought 4x footlongs other day. The staff who packing the bread with all items have Zero Knowledge on Packing as at the end everything falls apart. Teach Pr Train them altleast. Next issue is they get so busy that they forget to ask ppl if need Salt and Pepper sprinkles! My dinner was such tasteless I had to throw the entire thing away. What a waste of money. I'm so upset as I usually don't throw food away. Becauze of the lack of knowing how to pack makes it horrible for ppl who love to eat subs! Such a pathetic way to use staff who aren't trained. Never going back there again.

Absolutely pathetic. If I am going to pay money for subs I expect them to provide a service properly. All 3 subs were done incorrectly, no sauces except Mayo was used. I called them and the lady on the phone gave lazy oh really, aw, OK, aw. I had to come home to use my own sauces. Never again going here

This titirangi subway is supposed to close by 9.30 except Thursday and Friday. However, they close before 9 everyday. I have experienced a really poor customer service from this subway. I'm really unhappy about their service. It's mentioned that they close 9.30 everyday and Thursday and Friday 10.30. I don't know why they are putting customers in trouble.nReally disappointed.
