McDonald’s always knows how to hit the G Spot bro. Every time I come here, the food is delicious and the works are very friendly. Took my homeboy Benny here and he busted the fattest nut when he saw the Quarter Pounder come his way. Love this place Imma take my girl here next time and recommend the Triple Fish Deluxe cause she smells like tuna

I recently ordered a Cheeseburger Combo through Uber Eats, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience.nnWhen I opened the order, I found that the iced tea was completely watered down. It tasted like plain water, which is unacceptable for a paid order. My wife is currently pregnant, and she was really looking forward to the meal, so this was especially frustrating.nnI went back to the store with the drink to explain the issue, but instead of helping, the manager on duty at around 2:00 AM was very rude and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concern or offering a solution, I felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully.nnIs this the level of customer service your managers are being trained to provide? Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they have a genuine concern about the quality of their order.nnThis experience has been extremely disappointing, and because of both the poor product quality and the manager’s rude behavior, I will not be visiting this store again. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address both the quality control and customer service issues.

For the one rasher of bacon in my BLT bagel, they gave me the old stuck to the grill half peice of bacon so it’s more like LT bagel for me!! Management needs to tell them not to skimp it’s not worth the margin!!

I had a wonderful experience at McDonald's New Lynn! The food was delightful, truly satisfying my cravings. The service was excellent, with a friendly and efficient staff who made my visit pleasant. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting and comfortable, perfect for a meal. A fantastic spot!

I decided to try the new Dunked Korean BBQ McCrispy combo and my mum ordered the Grilled Bacon Chicken Deluxe, an apple pie and 10pk Chicken McBites, the only things the staff got correct were the apple pie, McBites and fries. I had no Korean BBQ sauce which is the exact reason I wanted to try this burger, my mum got crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken like she ordered and the drink I got had ice in it, which I specifically ordered no ice. I understand that the kitchen can get hectic and busy but this is no excuse to mess up an order this badly, just unacceptable and we are extremely disappointed.
