McDonald's New Lynn

Took my 7 year old for ice cream and playground today, the counter lady was very friendly, ice cream was as good as usual. I am writing this to express my concern for the playground. It was stated for children below 10, my son is a petite 7, when he was trying to get to the blue slide, he bumped his head on one of the poorly designed cube. I quickly noticed a big bump and then realized a big scratch with blood! Please have an investigation to make sure no other children get injured playground in their favorite fast food place.

All the burgers given to us as we ordered in the drive through were cold! We never realised they were cold until we drove out the driveway. It was obvious they were trying to get rid of old burgers instead of throwing them out. Poor service!! Disgusting considering the amount of money I paid for 4 burger combo meals!

Mud on the lettuce! I can’t understand why no one checked it before making the burger!

Good service, foods prepared well and nice coffee. Only ordered through drive thru, the service seems consistent. Love the BLT bagel. I wish McDonald's Australia would add it to their menu. The double quarter pounder is good, I added lettuce, tomato, and mayo, which makes it really good.
