McDonald's Ash Street

It’s always hit or miss with this place. Orders are usually fine but it seems like issues have been becoming a more reoccurring event. I just ordered their apple pie McFlurry and got a cup of plain ice cream with one piece of pie and it just looks like the saddest little guy

Terrible service at the counter. It’s the smallest McDonalds ever and we were only customer inside and the service lady managed to chuck the food on the counter from a distance and just said “here it is” then the coffee was put on the counter and nothing was said. Terrible service no one should bother going there

Good customer service in terms of staff interaction but slow servicing

This mcdonald's seriously needs awake up, everytime you go here there is an issue. Sold out of something or machine not workin, or order is wrong. But you can have this instead ok order that no sorry we can't actually do that we don't have any. Kitchen and front counter need to communicate with drive thru absolutely ridiculous.

Asked for ice in my drinks as u normally get But still no ice Disappointed

Got wrong order despite of waiting for so long. Order large fries half of them where burnt. Burger buns had a foul smell. Poor customer service pathetic quality of food. How is this place still in business. Would not recommend going to this one. Deserves 0 star. Worst mc donalds I've ever been to. Waste of money

Appalling service! Had to wait ages to be served then the 2 people served after me got their orders first. When order finally received it was a mess

Hi manager, have you seen the founder on Netflix lately? Well you should. In every cheeseburger there should be 2 pickles, right amount of ketchup mustard mix and a handful of diced onion. Make sure it's all in there next time
