McDonald's PT CHEVALIER

The food was extremely disappointing as it was cold, soggy, and dry. The drive-through kiosk area was also in a filthy state, showing a clear need for improvement.nnInitially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review on Google but after receiving a follow-up call and some vouchers as compensation, I decided to share my experience. The call itself was pleasant and the representative was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the vouchers can only be used at specific locations. With a McDonald’s just two minutes from me, it does not make sense to travel elsewhere just to redeem them.

staff are always friendly, but the fries are consistently disappointing often not fresh and only half-filled.

Car park availability are a bit of hit-and-miss at the front and side area. Parking spaces behind the drive-thru are now for staff only. Speed have improved a lot hence waiting time has reduced. However, I do like how they fry the mozzarella patty as it's still quite thick and I can still taste the mozzarella rather than just the taste of deep fried batter. Their morning coffee are often really hot and can scald your tongue. Staff members are friendly, patience, courteous and awesome.

Pretty good as Maccas goes. Decent layout, plenty of parking. Best part is the play area which is outdoors but sheltered which means it doesn’t smell awful like the other Maccas play areas.nnMachines were working but the points code scanner didn’t work.

I had the most amazing experience here tonight and it was because of the customer service I experienced with the staff member in this photo.nI have been trying to share this with McDonald's but I haven't eaten at Maccas or used my app for 2 years so not easy.nI was frustrated using the self serve and he saw me. He sorted out my order and gave me the best deal and I was also able to catch my bus and get home with the food still hot!n20 mins from order to catch my bus travel Pt Chev to Blockhouse Bay and the food was hot, made correct and I am amazed!nAbsolutely an awesome person and amazing service and he put my faith back into Maccas!
