First time using the app. I struggled due to mild dyslexia. The person who served my was very patient and helpful, was calm and willing to help me.nnMassive thank you to the girl who served me on 21.07.24 between 3 -4 at the drive-through.

My Kiwi Angus Burger was very good but not as good as I thought it would be...it was not as flavour-some as I had anticipated...like something was missing like the Angus beef pattie was not juicy and lacked flavour. However, overall it was still a very good burger, especially with both the egg and beetroot YUMMO. Also, the customer service was on point!

We dined in. There was a huge wait it was not busy when we arrived but was after staff got our order wrong several times, our order was missing food items entirely and the food we were given was hard and cold from sitting too long waiting for the other foodchicken nuggets. The place was so busy with uber eats orders it seemed the dine in customers were an after thought unfortunately. Won't be going back to this branch.

Walked in as was in overweight vehical. 8:30am stood at counter for 1 and half minutes staff so busy with drive thru they didn't see me guy making coffee looked at me and carried on. No one paid any attention to me nor say morning nothing. Walked out no breakfast no coffee. Wouldn't recommend this place. Need more staff or close your walk in down
