Complaint about Poor Service at McDonald’s Grey LynnnnDear Manager,nnI am writing to file a complaint about my experience at McDonald’s Grey Lynn. I placed my order around 2:30 AM, and I was very disappointed with the service I received.nnThe person who said he was the manager, Vin, treated me very badly. His attitude and behavior were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not expect this kind of treatment from McDonald’s, especially from someone in a management position.nnIn addition, I spent around $75 on this order, which makes the poor service even more unacceptable. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and properly investigated. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, no matter the time of day.nnThank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

Ordered off uber eats and my order was still in progress for an hour and a half, I rang them and their excuse was they were short staff and the drive thru was full I was then told that my order had already been picked up and it was some how not their problem. I have had multiple problems with their night shift staff, I reccomend ordering from another mc donalds at night because it seems like they may have issues with the management of their night shift and may have trainees at this time. Will not be ordering from here at night from now on.

Ordered 45 bucks worth of food, the big Mac looked like it was built by shooting the ingredients into the box from the other end of the restaurant, and the quarter pounder we ordered didn't make its way to the bag at all. nuggets and fries were good though

Ordered dinner for two through uber eats, one drink was missing and the other just half the size of glass. When I connected with the employee in store through phone, he simply closed the conversation by telling that- just reach uber, you will get refund.

This McDonald’s is average at best. The food you do get is great but the problem is you never get your whole order. Over the last few visits, we’ve left without a burger, sweet and sour sauces and apple pies. They produce yummy items, never short on sauce in your burger etc but it’s unlikely that you’ll get everything you pay for
