McDonald's Grey Lynn

This McDonald's is only for takeaways and drivethru, and they are commonly busy. So be prepared to wait. Quite hard to get attendant's attention, but it is the nature of this one.

The place is super tight and small. Plus every time I go through the drivethru I have to wait around the side and then I see a bunch of other cars having to pull up behind me even though it isn't that busy. They don't miss as many items as the Quay Street one but they definitely feel a lot slower. Also they never give out a cup tray whenever I have ordered from them

A big established company with no toilet facility this is ridiculous. Moving forward, I’ll spend my money else where. What annoys me the most is reading some of these messages regarding complaints about the toilet, which indicates they do have one in the facility. However the staff member I was talking to said there was no toilet. First of all train your staff to tell the truth and second as a paying customer it should be our right to use the toilet facility.

My recent experience at the McDonald’s in Grey Lynn was disappointing due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the staff. At the drive-thru, their lack of respect for customers was evident, and it felt like they were more interested in dismissing us than providing good service. It’s clear that the staff could benefit from better training in customer service. Their current attitude is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.
