Waited over 20 minutes for two coffees and felt the drive through and deliveries took priority.nOrdered extra hot coffees but got warm.nStaff were friendly and did apologise for the delay.nInternet didn’t work.

Waited for 10 minutes and asked twice, the attitude of the crew trainer was very bad. After paying money, after waiting for 10 minutes, I went away without the item I paid for.nnMcDonald’s standard and service has gone down.nnThe toilets were locked out for customers use, both downstairs and upstairs.nnThe current franchise owner is not customer focused.nnBest regardsnIlango

This place is so disgusting and disappointing. me, my friend, and my little 4 year old cousin came to this McDonald’s for lunch, my little cousin needed to use the bathroom really badly. I walked her to the bathroom and there was a worker standing there saying that we were not allowed to use their toilet unless we have a receipt. My friend was currently ordering at the time and i explained that he would have our receipt any minute but this little girl really needs to go toilet. She started tearing up and even asked the worker herself. The worker was so rude and told her to hold it in until we had a receipt. Not long after the worker got our receipt so she could finally use the toilet, after she’s done her business we come to realise there’s no toilet paper! we ask the worker for some, he sighs and walks super slow to get some. We are waiting in this toilet for over 10 minutes. My little 4 year old cousin had to just pull her pants up with no toilet paper as this worker hadn’t come back until we had already gotten our food and are really to leave. This place is horrible and I will never be going back there.

I had a very disappointing experience on the morning. I ordered two combos that included McMuffins, hash browns, and coffees. While the food was served, the coffees were missing.nnI went to the counter and asked multiple times, and each time I was told “it’s being made.” However, I noticed that customers who ordered after me had already received their coffees. I had to stand at the front for quite a while before anyone actually paid attention and finally made the coffees.nnThis level of service is unacceptable. The staff were unresponsive and didn’t seem to care. It really ruined the whole experience for me. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both communication and customer service.

Having dined at McDonald’s Quay Street today 17/2/2024, my husband and I enjoyed the food and atmosphere there.nnI placed an order of Kervin Frost Box 10pcs McNuggets Combo, showing my McDonald’s Loyalty Membership Code to the lovely Filipino lady staff; unfortunately, my loyalty bonus points were somehow not credited to my loyalty account. The lady staff apologised for forgetting t scan my loyalty membership number to the computer system and I asked if she could credit the bonus points back to my account. However, she replied to me that it’s not possible for crediting the bonus points to my account.nnAnyway, I have uploaded my issue to McDonald’s apps Customer Service Team and hopefully the staff there can reply to me and take some remedies on this innocent mistake made by their staff.nnBe careful of double checking if the staff there will scan your loyalty membership code before you pay for your order.
