McDonald's Quay Street

Quick service. The maccas app has good deals. This store has great space with 2 floors and a friendly staff. The only downside is the bathroom. It needs a deeper cleaning or even a revamp to get it on shape.

Having dined at McDonald’s Quay Street today 17/2/2024, my husband and I enjoyed the food and atmosphere there.nnI placed an order of Kervin Frost Box 10pcs McNuggets Combo, showing my McDonald’s Loyalty Membership Code to the lovely Filipino lady staff; unfortunately, my loyalty bonus points were somehow not credited to my loyalty account. The lady staff apologised for forgetting t scan my loyalty membership number to the computer system and I asked if she could credit the bonus points back to my account. However, she replied to me that it’s not possible for crediting the bonus points to my account.nnAnyway, I have uploaded my issue to McDonald’s apps Customer Service Team and hopefully the staff there can reply to me and take some remedies on this innocent mistake made by their staff.nnBe careful of double checking if the staff there will scan your loyalty membership code before you pay for your order.

Tried this new quater pounder BBQ bacon & crispy onions, bacon 's tough and jerky hard to chew so i took it out, left with the junior mac behind.

Place is OK. Only toilet is upstairs which isn't wheelchair accessible as lift is down. Plus you need to use code from your receipt to use the toilet which isn't helpful if you don't know about it and no signs to tell you. Great that they have a playground upstairs though.

The wettest triple cheeseburger I have ever had in my life lol. The Big Mac I got my partner was very dry as well with stale patties. The place was so dirty as well and one of the kiosks was broken.
