Domino's Pizza Belmont NZ

we are a regular customer since long time ago but since the new management started, the pizza is not good, doesn't taste good as before. i have bought few weeks ago and they told me Pepperoni was finished where all the pizza i have ordered had pepperoni in it. i have tried again tonight to see if they have improved but when my brother went to pick up the order, he called me and said Supreme doesn't have spring onion. Then i spoke to the guy and i said ok just replace it with something else but he said he cant replaced with anything else because it is already made. why you are not ringing the customer if you don't have something people order online. I Never come back again. i didn't want to give you 1 star last time but i decided to give it to you because you need to fix this issue otherwise you loose everyone.

I have ordered pizza from here almost weekly for years in multiple quantities. This latest time there was a disconnect between what was ordered through the app and what was ready on arrival. All I wanted was the ordered pizza to feed the hungry people at home But there was a whole load of blame-talk from the counter, then a call to the manager, who proceeded to explain to me how I was wrong and the offer was blah blah blah.....I gave up listening. anyway, I asked them to fix it, this one time, and whether I had any value to them as a customer now and into the future. It appears not, as they were unwilling to fix it, for the cost of effectively 2 rings of dough with cheese on. So that's the end of my pizza-buying from here. The pizza is alright, but you have no value to them as a customer. Maybe go somewhere that listens to you instead.

So far the pizzas have been good! Especially compared to other Dominoes on the Shore. Generous toppings and look nice.. they seem to always, always forget giving you your drink though… every time

Coming from dominoes in America, THIS IS SO CHEAP!!! $5 for a pizza! We ordered on Uber eats and it gave us a 20$ coupon and their pizzas were 70% off and since it was delivered by the store staff there was no delivery fees also it look them 5 minutes.

I got a pizza from this shop and found a hair stuck in one of them. I told the manager about this and the instant feedback was 'isn't this your hair? There is nothing'. Obviously, it was not cuz it was 'stuck' inside the pizza. This accusation made me upset so asked for a refund but he said no and offered another pizza with such attitude. Was my favourite shop, but never again.
