McDonald's Belmont

Last night 02/06/22 popped out for some late night snacks at around 9 pm. We asked for 2 x fillet of fish meals fresh chips & a cheese burger. Looks like the burgers were lazily made up here in Auckland North Shore. Fillet of fish was hard on the sides but cooked in the middle & how difficult is it to place cheese in the middle of a bun? We asked for fresh chips but they didn’t bother to salt it. Lazy packaging too, they might as well just have dumped everything together..oh wait they did.

There’s a lady staff who was very rude. I don’t usually give ratings but I’m doing this now just for her. If there’s a 0 star option I would have rated 0 just because of her. She’s not suitable for any customer facing work at all. I realised there’s a photo of her in a older review and I’ve copied it here. THIS IS HER.

The worst Mcds ever! Speaker box wouldn’t answer us for 5mins and once ordered we were told to park in the handicapped car park. Everyone behind us got their orders even though our order was extremely basic! All drinks were warm and frozen Fanta was a coke half full. Reason was because there was no ice in the drink but the coke with ice in it was still warm. Fries were stale and the burgers were flattened! Waited for 20mins and this has happened multiple times. Absolute joke! And doesn’t pick up their phone.

The staff here are very rude and have zero respect for their customers, especially the school kids who virtually keep the place open. You wonder what the management is like when staff are this bad!nCold chips too.

Just came back from our local Macca's and thought I would place a review as it's happened multiple times to me before!!!nnOrdered a happy meal with chicken McNuggets + sweet&sour sauce, apple pie and an extra happy meal toy for my kids.nnWhen my order was picked up, I've noticed there was no extra happy meal toy, so made my way back to the counter.nnThen, when my son opened a happy meal we found out that we got a BBQ sauce instead of s&s so I made my way back to the counter again.nnThen, when my son was eating a pie he said oh, that's a custard pie and I realized that we actually ordered an apple pie instead!!! Didn't bother to go back 3rd time as I didnt want to go into the arguments etc.nIn fact, there were only a few customers inside the restaurant, so the place wasnt busy!
