McDonald's Balmoral

hi thereni would like to make a complaint about one of your managers named jaspreet, as i came in to order some food i could see and hear him yelling aggressively at other employees and slamming doors and cupboards. The environment was extremely tense and i did not enjoy my experience here as a result the food was good though.

We had a disappointing experience today. The service, including the car park, was awful . We initially went to eat, but my girlfriend suddenly wanted to see the lights outside, which led to an argument. Eventually, we returned later, had our meal, and went back again to see more. During our second visit, we bought ice cream and then headed home, only to find a parking ticket on our car!!! The ticket claimed we had 60 minutes, but we didn't arrive until 8:00, and it was issued at 8:30!!! It seemed so unfair. And most of the times we eat there all the time so no more now at this locations !! So beware of it !!!

Always super quick, sometimes gets the order slightly wrong but on the whole is great! Coffee here is not so great unfortunatelynAlso just had a chicken bacon deluxe which is normally great but this time has a stale bun, very very dry chicken, the butt end of a lettuce which was wilted and brown and the end of a tomato, not cool for the price, was actually gross

excuse me, you call this large fries ??? Even same like a small. Can’t believe that is my first time seeing LARGE Fries like this! Shame on your store

Took my kiddies here around 9pm and the service was really fast and efficient. We just ordered from the smart machines and staff delivered to our table. My son scraped his knee onsite at the playground and was happy how staff attended to him with First aid. Overall happy customer
