McDonald's Balmoral

This is a regulation McDonald's restaurant serving the usual popular menu items.nThe location is easily accessible but can be busy due to traffic and bustle on the adjoining Dominion road area.nAmple parking is available however there are strict time restrictions in place to avoid the overflow traffic entering here.nSelf service screens to order food are installed and are very convenient.nDrive through is also available here.nThe staff are nice and welcoming.nOrder wait times are minimal and overall experience is pleasant here.nHighly recommended.

I went to McDonald's to buy 2 hot chocolates and for the first time there was a guy who tried to overcharged me 20 cents but I didn't had 20 cents so I went home to get more money but second time he said it's 4.20 dollars which was 1 dollar extra so I showed him the menu and it was just 3 dollars and when i got my hot chocolate it tasted so bad it was just water with chocolate powder in it it all happened on 22 December nearly at 4 30pm

This place has changed hands from the horrendous Maharaj Family. It tasted great.! Fresh, cooked to order and carefully stacked.. and surprisingly the only Maccas in auckland that can read the ticket: dine in or eat out. Even got given napkins! You have to ask everywhere else in Auckland who purposely leave them empty.nIt was clean too. Tables wiped, chairs wiped and no sense of leftovers of others. Refreshing experience with the chain/franchise.

Easily the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s.nI waited for more than 20 minutes for a simple order while staff stood around doing nothing and served other people who came later. No apology, no explanation — just complete indifference.nAbsolutely disgraceful level of service and zero respect for customers. This store clearly has no management or standards. Never coming back again.
