Burger King Dominion Road

I ordered a double whopper with cheese and hash bites. The hash bites were cold and had clearly been sitting for a long time as they were soft and chewy. My order was done in under 5 minutes and the burger was not up to scratch either. The shop was not busy so not sure why I got crap food. I won't be returning as I wasted my money

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I’ve had ongoing issues at Burger King Mt Roskill, especially during late-night hours after 10 pm when dining is closed.nnThere is no bell or proper way to alert staff when we arrive to pick up food orders. We stand outside at the window, but staff can’t see or hear us — even knocking doesn’t work. Many times, I have seen the food bags already ready on the table, but they are forgotten because no one notices us waiting. We end up standing outside in the cold for long minutes, or having to walk through the dangerous drive-thru lane just to get their attention.nnThis delay means customers often receive their food late and cold, which risks bad ratings for us drivers even though it is not our fault. I’ve raised this issue politely with staff several times, but nothing has changed. Tonight, when I explained the problem again, the staff member told me they didn’t want a bell because it would be “annoying”. That is not an acceptable answer, and very disappointing. To make matters worse, I was unfairly rated badly simply for raising this concern.nnI really hope management takes this seriously. A simple solution like installing a bell or proper driver pickup system would improve things for drivers, staff, and most importantly, customers who deserve hot food on time.

They now have an AI bot serve you at the drive through and it's very odd and she constantly repeats herself when you're asking a question. In saying that she did get the order correct. But not what I would consider service. The male at the pay counter apologised and made up for the service.

I can't talk about the atmosphere as I go only through drive in. Definitely cheaper than Mc Donald's further down on dominion road. Service done with an AI voice, very impersonal and not friendly. Food is fast food, so it is what it is.
