Burger King Dominion Road

If I could give this place 0 star I would. I ordered my food via drive through and I was told to wait in the waiting bay and just as I looked in the window I saw a staff member called Vaibhav and he was digging his nose and just after that he filled my drink up. And when I confronted them he was very rude and told me “you are lucky I didn’t spit in your burger”. Never going back to this place ever again.

Looks like they've discontinued the cone ice cream, not on the order screen anymore, practically halved the size of the Sundays icecream and sauce and progressively jacked up the price. Three ice-creams near a whopping $15. I understand businesses have overheads and need to make money but for you get, it's pretty much a rip off

Friendly and accommodating staff members if you go through their drive thru; otherwise, horrible experiences. Two of their staff at the counter ignored me despite making multiple eye contacts. The drink they gave me also not full - the picture is taken as soon as I get it from the counter. The awesome dispenser is now gone - this is also the only BK that doesn't have drink dispenser available for customers. The new design looks modern but it does not warrant stealing the drink that customer paid for.

They now have an AI bot serve you at the drive through and it's very odd and she constantly repeats herself when you're asking a question. In saying that she did get the order correct. But not what I would consider service. The male at the pay counter apologised and made up for the service.

I had a delightful experience with this Burger King, the staff were lovely, the food was freshly made other than the chicken fries being maybe just a little too old. I love how the steakhouse range gives two tomatoes in your burger, the mustard was heavy in some places but the bbq sauce evened it out. The curly fries were perfectly crisp and pillowy and mixed with a touch of sweet and sour it couldn’t be better
