Wendy's Hamburgers

Great location nice and friendly staff members. Food is a bit slow but claimed to be made to order. Restaurant is very clean and you don’t need to ask a code to use it. Great environment

Ordered the family meltdown which is $40 only to get given the $39 family fill up, didn’t bother us too much as it was an 30 min drive but would be nice to get what we paid for. It wasn’t until I got home and saw the state of the burgers, both chicken burgers had brown lettuce and the fillets were both undercooked and the big beef had mustard smeared all over the outside of the burger and wrapper. Lame way to end the week

Don’t get any chicken burgers 80% of time they have been microwaved and are hard and rubbery completely inedible!! Sat in the drive through for 20minutes with no service drove to the window and had to wait another 10min before finally being able to order … horrible service

Do not eat at this Wendy's. Bought a burger meal on 2/7/24 and found ants running around in the base of my bag after I had finished eating! I rang the store and the manager asked me to send her a photo and have not heard back. Not even an offer to have a refund. I have written a complaint to Wendy's head office, and have not heard back so clearly they dont care about their stores. I have now made a complaint to Auckland Council Environmental and hope they will investigate!

Always a friendly welcome and great service at the drive thru window at Wendy's Lynfield. Excellent selection menu for all hungers with something new to try. Always receive my burger and chips are hot, tasty and freshly prepared.nLove that chips not too salty. Always enjoyable and hits the spot everytime. Thanks Team for providing an awesome convenient and fast service. 10/10
