McDonald's Stoddard Road

I was there for a coffee run on Saturday, 6 June 2026, around 8:45–9:00 a.m. The girl taking orders at the drive-thru was quite rude. I completely understand that staff don't need to be overly accommodating when dealing with rude customers. However, when a customer is polite and respectful, it's reasonable to expect at least basic courtesy in return. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case during my visit, and the interaction came across as unnecessarily rude.

Unprofessional from Banjeeta/Manjita, we waited in the drive thru and two cars came in from the other side and got their orders instead, although she claimed it was due to not being able to hear properly, staff should have checked this out as it shouldve been like this the whole day then. I am very displeased with this experience and will not be coming back. Please look into how you’re treating your customers and making sure your equipment is working properly to stop any issues like this from occurring in the future. P.s. this is not the first time this similar situation has happened.

terrible uber eats experience not once but multiple times, delivers burgers without buns, missing food items i always have to end up having to refund my money because of this…. Happens more often almost every time i order, save your time and money.

We ordered food worth for 2 people. It was a mcspicy and a medium fries and iced chocolate with whipped cream. AND THE DRINKS DID NOT HAVE ANY WHIPPED CREAM omagah it’s literally iced chocolate with WHIPPED CREAM the whipped cream was not in the room with us. it’s our first time ordering in this branch and I can’t really say anything anymore other than what happened to our order. I hope it doesn’t happen again. All goods anyway.

My Kiwi Burger combo overall was very good. The drink seemed watered down, the fries were a tad cold and the burger was good but lacked flavour. However, the customer service was very good especially the hassle-free order and receiving my food on time.
