Wendy's Hamburgers

Enjoyed the meal Chips werelittle bit cold slightly warm but overall good.

$70 online order with delivery by Door dash. Received only ~50% of meal not sure this was delivery driver error; only half the order was written on the receipt taped to the bag, so we can only assume it was Wendy's fault. What there was of the meal was luke warm and had the flavour and consistency of a cheap wet towel. We were only 500m from the outlet. Wife contacted Wendy's online and apparently we get a refund for the missing food, but not holding our breath. Won't be back.

Great food fresh burgers and yummy. Nice located in royal oak next to the paknsave. Great parking spot, nice aircon and glare at environment

Yes, I know it's a fast food joint. The service was pretty average, and the food was...just ok. my salad had freezer burn, so they might want to QC on a daily basis before sending out their food.nOn the plus side, their bathroom was above average in cleanliness for a fast food place. pleasantly surprised.

Was looking forward to my Wendys Royal Oak Auckland dinner tonight after work. Unfortunately when I was eating my chilli chips and cheese I found a piece of plastic under the mince. Luckily I was looking at my food and not just spooning it into my mouth . I would likely have choked on the plastic. This is not great quality control and if in America I would have sued Wendys for my near death experience. Please can someone check that the rest of the plastic bag is not in another order. This is very disappointing as i was the only car in the drive thru so there was no rush. I am not sure if I can trust going here again.
