Wendy's Hamburgers

$70 online order with delivery by Door dash. Received only ~50% of meal not sure this was delivery driver error; only half the order was written on the receipt taped to the bag, so we can only assume it was Wendy's fault. What there was of the meal was luke warm and had the flavour and consistency of a cheap wet towel. We were only 500m from the outlet. Wife contacted Wendy's online and apparently we get a refund for the missing food, but not holding our breath. Won't be back.

Great food fresh burgers and yummy. Nice located in royal oak next to the paknsave. Great parking spot, nice aircon and glare at environment

Yes, I know it's a fast food joint. The service was pretty average, and the food was...just ok. my salad had freezer burn, so they might want to QC on a daily basis before sending out their food.nOn the plus side, their bathroom was above average in cleanliness for a fast food place. pleasantly surprised.

I recently had a very poor experience at Royal oaks Wendy's Restaurant. Despite requesting table delivery, it never arrived. I brought this to the attention of the duty manager, but unfortunately, other staff members reacted unprofessionally, making grimaces and dancing behind the manager.nFurthermore, I filed a complaint with Wendy's head office, but unfortunately, I never received a response.nBased on this experience, I would not recommend Wendy's Restaurant to anyone.
