McDonald's Royal Oak

Lovely customer service and great vibes! Unfortunately, we did find hair in the cheese, which was disappointing and sad - but mistakes happen.nIt’d be great to see stricter hygiene checks in place when preparing food especially as paying customers.

If a life of stability, constance and fulfilment is what you crave, I can recommend every food place on the planet prior to this McDonalds. Never once am I sure of the form of service I will receive. Upon my attendance today, where an in-app order tickled my fancy, I decided I would spin the lottery wheel that is Royal Oak McDonalds, and again I was met with a feast I would be unsure if it was suitable to feed to my dog. Prior incidents have involved the entirety of the seasoning shaker for 10-1 patties Cheeseburger patties placing itself upon my burger has happened three times, however, the chicken gods have also once gifted me a 7 piece nuggets within my 6 pack. Today’s incident involved that of a triple cheeseburger on the app. Being that I am not a glutton for a meat stack the size of a volcano, I requested the removal of one singular patty from this burger, to turn it into a double cheese burger. I am sure this is what I had ordered, as the grill slip for it sits beside me, awaiting to read my current review. Being handed my meal, I traversed back to my home. Upon opening, I was met with salt-less fries, whilst not entirely pleasant, this was not the afternoon I had in mind for myself, however, I decided it was a crime I could overlook. The crime I could not overlook though, was my burger. This burger was not in fact a triple cheeseburger, nor was it a double, or even a single. The entirety of this burger contained not a single piece of meat in sight. This burger by all extensions of the name, was a cheeseburger, complete with simply buns, condiments and two pickle slices. No meat patty to be found. After a hard day and wanting to enjoy my burger, taking a bit out of simply bread and cheese nearly tipped me over the edge. To put an end to this story, if you wish for consistency and meat within your burger, I would recommend giving this McDonalds a 200m radius upon your next trip to the Royal Oak region.

Great spot for families! I really like the Playland—it’s spacious, clean, and perfect for kids to burn off some energy. It makes the whole visit more relaxing for parents too. Food is consistent as always, and the staff keep the area tidy. One of the best McDonald’s locations if you have young kids!

Pretty decent McDonald’s overall. Food is usually fresh, staff are friendly, and it’s a handy spot when you need something quick, especially late at night. Can get busy at times, but service is generally solid. Does the job

This mcdonalds somehow never fails to disappoint. Have been there many a time, the staff are okay, the wait is okay, and they always manage to surprise you. The chips we had this time were as in the photo, but the burgers were great. Last time was the opposite. I would deeply like to stop coming back but the golden arches just stare at you from the roundabout. You think it might be better this time, that you got unlucky last visit. This is never the case. Each trip is like playing the pokies hoping to win but knowing you never will. Please refund my forgotten sauces, they have really added up now. Thanks.
