KFC Rototuna

Went to get KFC Rototuna this morning around 10.30. The burger had hardly anything in it...less lettuce, no mayo and she forgot to give us juice. We pay full price so we expect to get good food.

I am a long time regular KFC lover and found Rototuna KFC is always hit and miss. But this time I’m done. Our chicken was all dark brown and did not taste, look or smell like KFC. Potatoe and gravy 2/3 full, no salt on chips. So this time I complained and got a $20 voucher for our $80 meal that we had to throw out. Absolute BS, no quality control how you could even serve that chicken and think it was ok is beyond me. Youve done our addiction a favour as it made us all feel so sick, no one wants to return.

Be aware when having to deal with the manager. He doesn't know how to keep to his word and he appears to be arrogant. When we were ripped off because ordered large and got a tiny combo thr size of a medication box. He told me over the phone that he would reimburse us but he Didn't keep to his word. Saying something that you would reimburse us and then only reimburse half the box is pretty Manipulative. Refund my money and can go somewhere else if you can't keep to your word. Better service at another place.not a half an hour wait when was told over the phone it would be ready before we come in.

We ordered from this KFC and a lot of the chicken was burnt and non edible, So we called in asking for recompense and we’re told by the manager if we came in Sam would replace our food with a full bucket of chicken, However upon our arrival Sam told us he would only replace a few of the chickens not give us a full bucket like Sam said over the phone

They quite often run out of chicken towards the end of the night like they can’t be bothered cooking to waste leftover chicken. They use the excuse that they have no more chicken but this is their key stock? They would need more to cook for the next day. Bad stock taking.nnWent in one night and they didn’t have any seasoning. They didn’t bother telling us they had none.nnSame night they tried to give me a drink from the machine. When I asked for a can instead, I got told they were only for deliveries. Yet other KFCs quite happily give me cans without question.nnFood was cold. This is the WORST KFC in Hamilton. I would highly recommend KFC at The Base instead. Always hot. Always seasoned. Great customer service there. Fast service. And no complaints at The Base!nnDo not go to Rototuna. Has been a problem for months.
