KFC Rototuna

Went to get KFC Rototuna this morning around 10.30. The burger had hardly anything in it...less lettuce, no mayo and she forgot to give us juice. We pay full price so we expect to get good food.

Brought a boneless bowl but came in a snack box with way too much aoili so by the time I got home it was a soggy mess & starting to fall out the bottom. When I checked my order before leaving I questioned where my bowl was and they confirmed it was in the box. Definitely puts us off going to KFC again for a while

This one star is only for the lady at the front counter — everything else was a mess.nnI ordered a deal that came with 10 spicy chicken which I paid extra for, 5 wings, and some other items PLU404. After waiting 20 minutes, the manager took the box to the back, and when it came back, I noticed just 5 spicy chickens in the box, he had added 5 more wings instead of the missing spicy chicken. Not spicy, not original — just wings.nnI guess they thought the wings looked close enough and hoped I wouldn’t notice. But I did. This is NOT how you handle things. Super disappointed.nnAlso, when I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me. But people who came in after me got their food and were eating already — just because they had small orders. So clearly by the time it was my turn, there weren’t enough spicy chickens left. At the very least, someone should’ve asked me if I wanted to swap or get a refund for the difference — not just throw in random wings and hope for the best.nnWorst part? The manager didn’t even come out to talk to me — he made the counter staff deal with it. The girl at the counter told me to keep the wings and gave me some regular chicken pieces instead, but honestly, I didn’t have time to waste. I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the store just for one order.

This has to be the worst KFC in NZ. I’m not sure we’ve ever had an order where something hasn’t been missing. It’s been almost a year since we’ve had KFC and we thought we’d give them another go tonight. Surely they’ve had time to improve? We got our meal delivered to find it was completely the wrong order. They wouldn’t answer their phone so we drove to them and waited 20 minutes to be served. They then just wanted to add items to the wrong meal we had, which by that stage was cold. After arguing with them to give us a fresh new meal, they did, and the idiots we are, we didn’t check it, got it home and guess what? Yup, it was missing items. Honestly, you can’t even make this up…..
