KFC Rototuna

Most of the time the KFC Rototuna is a gamble when it comes to flavoured chicken. Most of the time the chicken had no flavour and the staff don't understand English. Told them three times what I want over the microphone and they didn't give me what I ordered. Also, they speak really fast. Disappointed again.

I recently visited KFC Rototuna and I was really impressed with the level of service. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The team were attentive and efficient, checking to make sure orders were correct and explaining alternatives when something wasn’t available. My order arrived exactly as requested, hot and well‑presented.nThe restaurant itself was tidy and well‑maintained, which added to a comfortable dining experience.nOverall, the service at KFC Rototuna was excellent.

Went to get KFC Rototuna this morning around 10.30. The burger had hardly anything in it...less lettuce, no mayo and she forgot to give us juice. We pay full price so we expect to get good food.

Ordered four pieces of Hot and spicy chicken and regular coleslaw via ubereats. After 35min wait, received chicken wings and potato gravy. Need to be especially incompetent to give the customer the entire order wrong. Ubereats driver tried to inform the manager that the whole order is wrong and was asked to contact the customer directly as they were busy. Management reflects the experience which is terrible all in all. Would give negative stars but can't.

Everytime I think I'll give them another chance there is something wrong at this KFC. Most recent visit they didn't have the drink I wanted. Then when I asked for L&P, they ended up giving me plain soda water which I onlu discovered when I got home. They also didn't have any straws and for some reason decided to give me a bunch of wooden spoons in the bag for food that didn't need it. Better off driving a bit further to another branch in my oppinion.
