KFC Rototuna

They didn’t even take orders for over 30 minutes and they only started taking orders when a customer complained to the staff and they said that they were short staffed while they were laughing and working like they had no orders. And after a few more minutes of waiting one of the staffed came to take my order and when I asked for the wicked wings they said they were out of stock. In conclusion I and other customers waited over 30 minutes for nothing. Never coming here again.

Everytime I think I'll give them another chance there is something wrong at this KFC. Most recent visit they didn't have the drink I wanted. Then when I asked for L&P, they ended up giving me plain soda water which I onlu discovered when I got home. They also didn't have any straws and for some reason decided to give me a bunch of wooden spoons in the bag for food that didn't need it. Better off driving a bit further to another branch in my oppinion.

I recently visited KFC Rototuna and I was really impressed with the level of service. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The team were attentive and efficient, checking to make sure orders were correct and explaining alternatives when something wasn’t available. My order arrived exactly as requested, hot and well‑presented.nThe restaurant itself was tidy and well‑maintained, which added to a comfortable dining experience.nOverall, the service at KFC Rototuna was excellent.

Was stood waiting to be served for 10+ minutes before I had to intervene. Proceeded to not have my online order ready even though it had been over 15 minutes it was suppose to be ready.nAbsolute chaos, no order. All the staff looked dazed and confused.nnSort it out.

Went to get KFC Rototuna this morning around 10.30. The burger had hardly anything in it...less lettuce, no mayo and she forgot to give us juice. We pay full price so we expect to get good food.
