KFC Rototuna

The price has gone up a lot. There were missing items of our order. When we tried to get missing items back, we got bad attitude without any apology from the manager. We are regular customer and never had this bad experience before, wondering if this KFC has a new owner. The photo shows a quarter of bucket are this tiny little wings.

ordered through uber eats and they put the wrong order number on the bag so got a COMPLETELY different order. the ONLY thing that was right was the drink. called 3 times and no answer. i worked in hospitality for 5 years, getting the numbers right even when its busy is not that hard. ‍

Cleanest KFC I've probably ever been in. Nice decor in the store. Service was good, touch screen order screens were quick and easy to use. Staff were friendly when getting food. Chips had too much salt, everything else was great.

Slowest fast food ever. Ordered hot n spicy they wanted me to wait 18minutes or have original at 12:48pm. 2 people in the store, 2 cars in driveways, dirty tables. Then said 10 mins. 20mins later refund.

Service at a crawl, staff appeared disorganized, chick was dry as was the chips. By 9.30pm they had run out of buns for burgers and chicken tenders. Not a good night for those waiting
