After I went to the movies, I was pleased with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They helped me find the right food and drinks for my movie viewing experience. My seat in the theater was clean and comfortable. I left the theater feeling satisfied with the service I had received.

Friendly service like usual. They appeared to take care of the large queue of people waiting for films rather quickly. The food in the restaurant type cafe area was quite nice and the overall service was good. I overheard someone confused about an item on the menu and the employee at the register assisted them with haste. The do it yourself ticket printer is very easy to use and understand. The bathrooms were clean and tidy as well as the individual cinema I went into that evening. I definitely would recommend Hoyts as it has a very good atmosphere.

As usual comfortable and enjoyable. One small problem, I called in the day before to book and, my own fault for not checking properly, when I got home realised they had put the time for that same day not the following one. I tried to change by phone but due to some phone problem had to call in and change.

Lunch & movie mid-day friday. Lewis was very good. Sorted my card, took our orders, checked in to see food etc all good. Great lunch very tasty

Having a food Cafe within the cinema was awesome. Just enough for taste buds to enjoy before the movies. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Friendly staff and very quick service. Awesome that you can have pizza and drinks delivered throughout the movie. Unfortunately at this time the cinema was extremely cold and half way through the movie when I pop'd to the toilet, staff were not around so I couldn't speak to them about it being really cold in the cinema.

Great cinema with decent parking, good food and drink options and excellent auditoriums. Be aware though that some seats are very narrow

Small cinema, but always pleasant coming here. Place is clean and staffs are friendly. Circle Lounge is handy for meals before or after movie.

Friendly staff and clean cinema. We watched Avatar 2 and it was nearly full. I bought our tickets and popcorn online at VIP rates.

Living Hell! Did not pay to be in a sauna. Went and saw Avatar 2 at 6 and felt like dying from Heatstroke.
