It was made me happy whenever I came to watch a movie at the Even cinema in New Market, nice location and good service. The experience with bed chairs was is cool but it was too close to the screen. The only thing I found that they have to be aware of is a clean seat a lot of popcorn stuck in my seat and it seem like it was not cleaned before I jump over there. We have money to get a good service, but it was a lack of hygiene and cleanness.
Boutique was an experience worth the money! It’s pretty much gold class but a lot more stylish. The library room is a great concept and looking forward to seeing the gallery next time. Date night package has always been a good option, meal portions seem to have gotten smaller and less vs gold class would be the only downfall.
We had a great experience here. We chose the boutique option for a date night. Staff was very friendly, seats were really comfortable and food was good too. Would just recommend making sure your seat doesn't touch the seat next to you before the movie starts. Otherwise you'll feel their every movement.
Absolutely one of our favorite cinemas! From the amazing food, screens and staff. The VMAX is our go to for every new movie! Absolutely loved the boutique experience also, felt like a very special thing to have while there! Couldn't recommend more!
Couples date at the Boutique Library. It was relaxing experience. We love everything about it. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Love the coffee and the food. Plenty of time to do selfies after the movie :
Good modern venue with comfortable seats that recline to full stretch. Sound is superb. Concession was as expected if not over priced.
Elegant, pretty decor and open space. First visit to take my son for a birthday on a Sunday and it was quiet in the morning. Convenient close parking and access. Parking can also be validated.
The Boutique cinema experience is great. We enjoyed having a drink in the well-appointed lounge prior as well as enjoying some food and drink during the movie. The "Library" cinema is gorgeous and the seats are super comfortable. The cinema experience is impressive as well with some amazing base coming from the speakers. The only thing that could be improved on is there is no ability to call staff to order anything extra during the movie.
Got to the theatre late- motorway crash- and they happily swapped us to another session. AWESOME. But then it all went downhill. Thought we could eat in the lounge..."sorry. Not enough time 40 minutes till the movie for us to get food to you here in the lounge before the movie. OH !! OK. Can we please get a cup of coffee then? Nope. Not enough staff to do that. REALLY!!!. So got some popcorn and a drink. Went to the toilet- OH MY GOODNESS!!! No toilet paper!!! Told the staff. 3 hours later came out of the movie- off to the toilet again and AGAIN NO TOILET PAPER !!!! REALLY!! Not the luxury experience we had been expecting. NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!
The theatre was good, comfortable and chill. But since when they don't allow outside food anymore? Ok, fine. So we have to buy drinks from them, but got told that we can't buy just the drinks, we have to buy in a combo for 15 dollars. REALLY? Just a popcorn and a coke? The popcorn was so salty that we couldn't even finish one-third of it. And the lady that checked our tickets were so rude. It ruined my mood for the day.
