EVENT Cinemas - St Lukes

The cinemas are clean and tidy there's also a time out for the kid's before or after the movie. Price's are a tad steep but justified. I suggest getting a cinebuzz rewards card, we were able to save $6 of the cost our tickets.Staff are a mixture of polite friendly and bored.. Medium Coke $6 Ice creams $6 expensive

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Friendly staff who explained everything to us as we bought our tickets, easy to find the cinema. Clean tidy cinema, cosy seats. Enjoyed our snacks that we bought too. Movies trips are always a great for us - well worth the money.

Despite ordering my tickets and food online. We still had to wait 10 minutes for someone to serve us our food and print our tickets. Bathrooms could have done with bit of clean. This particular Event Cinema is need of a huge renovation. It looks like it hasn't had a face-lift since 2005. Only giving 3 stars because movie tickets are slightly cheaper than other cinemas and the sound and picture quality was decent otherwise its a pretty mediocre movie theatre.

Lovely theatre clean organised comfortable seating. Easy access via escalator and elevator access too..just ask for directions.easy parking on roof or on ground level by McDonald's entrance. Only complaint is the cost of popcorn. I just wanted to buy small packet but cheapest one was $9 which was far too expensive for a 4yr old. Next time will take my own popcorn.

Theatre was not clean, still had popcorn on seat, was told theatre would be full so had allocated seats, theatre was half empty and I was seated in front of annoying boys who wouldn't stop kicking my chair. So my experience was not a good one.

Went to see... ELVIS! loved it! Tom Hanks is amazing! Oh! The movie theatre itself... they are pretty much, all built the same! The price of tickets for 2, on a Saturday night, pop corn and ice cream? Over $70! Luckily! i love Elvis... otherwise I'd be complaining! had a great night out with my sister. Thanx

Very disappointed as I was trying to book my kids birthday party with them but the manager of St Luke replied with very arrogant answer ask me to book the entire cinema when I am only asking for one room and the number to the manager never works. Very sad about this service experience.

Best place to get along with friends and family to watch movies, although don't buy any popcorn as i bought and was stale and off looks like no one bought for longer so they use that same to sell. I wonder are this places have audit as well or not.

i went to see top gun, out of 100 level in sound they probably used 25, next time ill pay 5$ out of the 25$ ticket, how about that, how does that feel Mr event cinemas? i rather buy the movie at apple tv and use my speakers problem solve.
