EVENT Cinemas Westcity

Enjoyed the movie but it was freezing in cinema 7. Someone had turned the air conditioning on to max. It was like trying to watch a movie in a beer fridge at a liquor store. My partner complained and the guy at the counter said he would "log a job" whatever that means. Once we stepped out of the cinema it was a relief to feel warm again.

Really Poor I mean I can understand if the cienma has a power cut and we couldnt see the rest of the movie which annoyed me but what i cant understand is why instead of giving my money back they give me two gift cards for a later date?

The theatre was pleasant to sit in. After the movie the lift was out of order Leaving a person in a wheelchair & a couple with twins in a pram with no way to get yo the lower floor. We asked staff what was being done to rectify the problem ,& got a blank look.

Lack of staff so the place felt empty and uninviting. Couldn't see the movies on offer or their times as they had all their screens off in the entry. However their cinema was clean and well looked after and my boys enjoyed their very first movie cinema experience

In regards to a recent review, Lady, your behaviour was disgusting. Once the tills are closed, they closed, #theyclosedatnormalclosingtime There is nothing the managers can do to reopen, most big retail outlets operate the same way The managers at Westcity are lovely and very professional, they are not abusive at ALL! Why are you being so nasty and lying about Sierra. She was very professional, she walked away and left you standing at the counter while you continued to call her names. You were the aggressor, not her. Didn't security come up and remove you? Yeah they did. I am sure they would be only to happy if people like you didnt go back. Stop telling lies Lady!!!

Nice place, great quality of picture/sound. Good choice of snacks. Easy carpark as well handy if you're with the kids.

I was here with my family to watch movie. We were little bit late with our movie vouchers. Just because Manager Siera closed all the till’s well in advance so she denied to issue tickets with very rude and unprofessional behaviour. She started abusing me and my husband. Closing tills is very unkind behaviour and this means if someone needs water or anything in emergency due to people watching movie inside it will not given. Since Manager Siera is not willing to open tills. Please careful guys with this Manager she has very unprofessional behaviour.

We watched pathaan and its the best movie i have seen so far. If people havent seen this please do. Events have a lovely environment to enjoy bollywood movies

Overall a pretty good experience. We hadn't been to the movies for a long time, and were very impressed with how easy it was to walk in, scan the online booking QR code and the tickets print straight out - it was so quick and easy! Great price for event cinemas, however the only let down was the cleanliness of the cinema itself.

Theater all to myself. Great popcorn, lovely and clean. Only problem was no toilet paper in the loo lol
