I love the food, tho the wait was quite long, if you are famished then I suggest you have something first before you go. Wait time was 40-50min ish. Tables was not fully packed too. But I love the food and drinks here, been here twice now. Tho I wish we get better seating, as my back hurts as we are seated on a plastic stool for 2 hours.

We had a phenomenal dinner and evening at Duo. We started off with a drink at sister venue, Bon Pinard, a very short walk away, then we were greeted by owners Sarah & Jordan MacDonald at Duo, where we were to enjoy a special dinner menu in pic they had put together for a Harbour Hospice fundraiser auction prize they had very generously donated. The 8 of us love our food and wine - our dinner was superb! All of us were raving about the meal, the wine match, the service and how wonderful an evening we enjoyed, thanks to the staff at Duo. My photos don’t do the evening justice unfortunately, and I was so busy enjoying the food and wine, I forgot to take photos of every course. I cannot recommend the people and place highly enough.Just go.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional gourmet dishes! We were so impressed by everything — the atmosphere, the flavours, the stunning presentation, and the warm, friendly staff. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting or living in Auckland . We’re a bit gutted we couldn’t try their duck dish this time — but that just gives us another reason to come back !

We had such lovely service from the start all the way through, very well looked after thank you.nThe food was beautifully presented, such good quality and full of different flavours. All perfect and just a little bit different from other restaurants, so it really did feel like trying something new.nHad a great evening.

The food is classic, simple and done well! They have some interesting dishes that I normally wouldn’t put together but it works so well!nHard to get a table in the weekend but definitely worth the wait.
