Lovely cafe with great view, great atmosphere, quite busy. Good coffee.nnOrdered Korean chicken waffles.it said on the menu with the crispy kale.but just realized it now, it only came waffles and the chicken..missing the kale..

Great place for a young family. They have baby chairs available. The food was great, and the staff were friendly. I think there is only street parking available, so it may be hard to park when it's peak time. It seems like a popular place when we drove past initially during lunch. There are plenty of seats available.

Lovely place with great selection for a cozy breakfast and light lunch to think about life or other things.nnI have gone with chicken wrap. No regrets. Will come back again.

The Tearooms Cafe & Eatery is a charming cafe that is situated in a heritage building called Brighton Hall.nnThis building was originally built as the town hall for the Birkdale area in the late 1800s and has been carefully preserved and restored to showcase its unique features, and provides a homely and inviting atmosphere for its visitors.nnTheir cabinet foods and sweet treats looked delicious Unfortunately nothing sugar free or sugar replacement although I almost caved, so I stuck to a deliciously hot and strong coffee nnWhether you are there for a quick ⏰ coffee or a leisurely brunch, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some delicious food and beverages nnThe only downside is that it is on a very busy roundabout, it has very limited parking and it's surrounded by businesses. But once you're inside, it doesn't matter

We love popping into the lovely Tearooms on Verrans Corner. Our boy enjoys getting a sweet treat alongside his “coffee” fluffy. We appreciate that little ones are trusted with lovely ceramic Acme cups rather than being served in takeaway paper cups. Our favourite place to sit is outside on the deck out the back, we enjoy the atmosphere and journey back in time as we admire the lovely brickwork courtyard and mature foliage. The Tearooms are a cafe on repeat for our little family.
