Honey Cafe Ponsonby

A hidden gem in Ponsonby ! I wish I had found this place earlier . Their open steak sandwich is amazing , the steak is beautifully cooked . And their coffee is good too

Beautiful cafe with the best latte art and Vietnamese coffee. I love their tiramisu crepe cake as well as their fried chicken waffle.

Very poor service.nWe called and were told no reservations, just come and wait 10 minutes. But when we arrived, there were many reserved tables, and staff were still taking bookings by phone.nnWe had two small kids and ended up waiting 30 minutes. None of the reserved tables were used ,they stayed empty the whole time.nnThe matcha latte and taro latte were just powder-based drinks, nothing special at all.nFood and drinks were very average , definitely not worth the wait.nService was bad. Not coming back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was outstanding. A big thank you to the kitchen team for their wonderful work! Keep it up!
