Shaky Isles was founded in 2008 by a couple of fierce coffee lovers. Our coffee is served in cafes and
restaurants run by Great New Zealanders from Kaitaia to the Bluff, on the shelf at your local supermarket, and delivered directly to your door.

Story

Shaky Isles was the nickname given to New Zealand back in the day in reference to all the earthquakes we experience. Shaky Isles Coffee Company was developed with the intention that we could draw from the personality of our New Zealand origins and build off of these little quirks. We are distinctive, playful, edgy, relaxed, Kiwi and we are deadly serious about great coffee and food.

At Shaky Isles we don’t serve caramel Macchiatos or Frappuccinos. Our mission is to bring good, strong, honest coffee to the world along with fast, fresh and tasty food. To do this, we roast our own coffee blends, and produce nearly all of our food in house or at our bakery.

Our mantra is that if you have fun delivering great quality service to guests, they will also have fun, and that’s what it’s all about.
