I ALWAYS ask for my fries to be cooked a bit extra/well cooked. They NEVER are. Why??? Have just added a second photo of the fries I just ordered asking for them to be cooked extra “well done”. Three months after first photo. Still barely cooked let alone “well done” ‍
If you're looking for super sized mouth watering burgers this is the right place! Staff is friendly and helpful..speedy service. Expensive but worth the spend.Food: 5/5
The store is well presented but could be cleaner. This place is usually open late nights which helps given the location and bars, clubs around. The burgers are good and reasonably priced in my opinion. Staff members are friendly and customer service is good. Wait time could improve.
Service was adequate, although it is to noted here that when my burger first came to me, it was lukewarm... The cheese wasn't even really melted. So I went back to the counter lady and told her to heat it up. To my surprise - she didn't pop it in the microwave, they actually made me a completely new one! I really appreciated that. The American muscle burger is my fave! Out of all the burgerfuel shops I've been to in Auckland though I will say, my fave is Parnell Across the board for most places you'll find the same standard of service and cooking Just not in mission bay
It’s really good place to chill out with friends and family. As always burger fuels American muscle burgers were the best .
Awesome experience which made up for the last visit Was mainly a young man’s exceptional customer service and presentation of the food when dining in.
Love the food and the team do the best they can and na friendly way but the business process lets everyone down. Almost every order we get has something wrong or missing and it’s frustrating. If they got that bit right they would be world beating!! Vegetarian options: Awesome selection and great quality
Best burgers in the area hands down. Went around and tasted the competition, b/c I thought smaller shops will have more bespoke burgers and will give them more love than BF. I was wrong, BF consistently tastes great, and apart from one time when I only got 1 aioli instead the 2 I ordered, service is very good +the prices are better too Will stop looking for a better burger, I get exactly what I want here.
Best fast food I've ever had. Vegan V8 is awesome! Kumara fries also great. Vegetarian options: Several veggie/vegan options
I’ve been going here nigh on 20 years and today I had the best CN cheese of all time. Well done chef
