Burger Wisconsin

It makes me sad to write a review like this for a place that used to be a great burger joint. Went to this branch for a quick burger yesterday as it looked really quiet with just one customer inside and an uber eats guy waiting. Alarm bell should have gone off when the girl at the counter told me there is no sauce for the plant based burger but she can replace with a vegan mayo. Placed the order and 30 mins later still standing waiting for one burger. Felt bad for the uber guy as he was also still waiting on an extremely slow service and quite unprofessional staff. Both the girl and the guy in the staff were extremely confused on how to service and pretty much doing most cooking and assembly together. Kept taking more orders without telling anyone that the wait time is so long. Luckily a few figured it out and left without ordering. When I finally had enough and asked for my burger to be credited back if they haven't made it yet, it was quickly put together with pretty sure non vegan mayo the girl was using for most other burgers. The bad experience continued when I later opened my burger to find out it was packed upside down on top of being an average burger. Won't be surprised if they get shut down as the burger industry gets more competitive.

Burgers are to die for the most enormous burgers juicy cheesy goodness milkshakes are just the right amount of thickness you cannot go wrong onion rings are amazing cooked to perfection along with the garlic mayo so mouthwatering and worth every penny and the staff are super lovely and friendly and it’s very kid friendly

Bought from the ponsonby branch today. Great shop, very friendly staff, excellent food and a great view of the skytower from the shop. Was able to park right outside the door but I doubt that's possible most days due to how busy the area is.

Excellent burger and sweet potato fries. The addition of homemade cheese curds would top it off!

I was very hungry and I decided to have a bite in here. The price is reasonable for a large burger but the meat patty tast like "lifeless". Yes thats the only word thats spining in my head. Expect that a nice place for hand made burgers and the stuff was nice ...

Fresh, juicy and satisfying. Well worth a detour from the Burger Fuel long queue up the road. Wisconsin burgers have a balanced carno v veg menu designed to satisfy every picky eater. I have enjoyed their burgers which taste great and yet don't leave me feeling like I need a lie down afterwards.

Amazing handmade burger. Yes they are not fast food, but well worth the 10-15 minutes wait. If you're in a rush, pre order and pick up! The kids burger are amazing value and come with fries and a juice pouch! The normal burgers are substantial and if you're very hungry, just get extra fries and your surely satisfied!!!

I am allergic to onion and specified this clearly in the note section that specifically indicates to advise of allergies. I received my burger and it is full of caramelised onion on one side and raw red onion on the other. I cannot eat any of this meal. I would not recommend ordering from Burger Wisconsin if you have any allergies.

The first uber driver absolutely failed order number 55C67 on 20/03/21 Did not ring the bell, did not text, did not call. Cost us $40. Then when we ordered again the people preparing the order failed to see the only request for no onions... You have one job to prepare food and you failed.. Im really disappointed

I ordered in store, was only person waiting and it took 30min. Turns out my order had been sitting ready for over 15 minutes and the 4 staff working in the empty store just couldn’t be bothered calling my name when it was ready. As a result, the food was not very nice. Staff couldn’t have cared less when I complained and did nothing to put it right. Perhaps this sort of thing is why this place was empty while the burger fuel up the street was packed.
