Must be the cleaners day off—I’d rather sleep on the Auckland backstreets than on the filthy chairs in this establishment. After ordering our food, we faced the hardest challenge of the day: finding a clean table. I almost enjoyed my burger, but the rest of my family would had rather gone hungry. Drinks were warm—a bit worrying—and the potato fries had more eyes than Specsavers. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon, unless I bring a full body hazmat suit.
My go to place. Love the Jim beam burger must try and I love the unlimited drinks! I think it's the best $5 meals for students and it's simply a perfect hangout place. Staff is fun and quick and it's great to always go down queen St.
First time in a Carl's Jr. and it was great. The service was good and the burgers tasted great. The patties were angus and tasted much better the the Mcdonalds angus burgers. Very clean and you you have free refils. Pleasently surprised! The burgers were served quick and were nicely made!
I accidentally ordered my burger with bacon and I do not eat bacon religion and I have asked them nicely to replace my burger. They told me to buy another burger making me pay another $11.50. This was the worst I have been treated in a restaurant. I love carls jr but im never eating here again thanks. As u can see in the photo this is the lady that didn't replace my burger
Always like the beef promotion, sometimes $7 can get Angus combo, a lot a lot nicer than M. Love the spacious seatings.
Rude staff stood talking for a minute before greeting or serving me when I was the only one at the till. Then when I said it's interesting they aren't greeting me, he said something like "I formally welcome you to ma'am" in a hugely sarcastic way.
Good food, great deals with pathetic service from unfriendly staff who doesn't know what customer service or hospitality industry. 12+ minutes for a milk shake? And when asked the reply that I got was - "It wasn't me who took your order!!!" They even refused to give me a receipt initially... Should I visit this place again???
Staff seemed confused. Placing the order was overly difficult and we ended up with the wrong food. Cherry on top is the price - $19.20 for a medium combo!!?? Please don’t waste your .
Good but too salty! Make sure you mix sauce n mayo to Burger so that it tastes good to you And fries are worst here though some may like it!
