Ponsonby International Food Court

Shabby, plastic fantastic food court with actually INCREDIBLE food! This is affordable, authentic Asian cuisine in the heart of posh-AF Ponsonby. Chill vibes, great views and just amazing food!!

Clean and tidy foodcourt with lots of options mostly asian cuisine. They also have a small cafe available inside. + reasonable price with big serving + outside table available for people who loves the . + Plenty of table available inside. They have a huge space.

Nice food, the Japanese Bento was sumptuous, yakisoba was on saltier side. The beef rendang was fragrant but a tad too wet compared to the actual/authentic Malaysian version. The fried kway teow was good!

Ponsonby Food court has stood the test of time and has long been a favorite of mine. I generally have a fan favorite dish that I would recommend but every time I go I try something different and every time it’s a home run. This time I went for the sweet and sour pork and my good friend opted for the beef randang curry which was unreal! Always lots of seating around and you know you will have your meal served up within 10minutes which is big when you’re pushed for time. Cheep and cheerful with great quality. Delicious rendang with roti, chicken satay and mee goreng from Kampung Malaysia. Lots of other good and cheap options as well so will be back to this food court.

Popped down for lunch with a mate to the foodcourt today and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of foot traffic heaving through the joint. Great selection of cuisine but ultimately I was drawn to the Beed Rendang, I waiting at the table enjoying a sugar free Coca Cola from the drinks bar then the buzzer went off and excitably I danced to the counter to get my Rendang and boy was it a goodie. Damn this place is good many options of cuisines. Cute wine and drinks bar in the centre too. Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Greek, Laos, Vietnamese, Indian and more!

Yummy Great selection of freshly cooked as you order food. We chose Laos - Prawn Curry was absolutely beautiful and Chicken Sizzling Plate was also very good. Both served with boiled rice. Nice to be able to grab a beer from on site bar . Lovely friendly cooks

Great variety, super clean along with the bathrooms. Lots to choose from, mostly Asian cuisine and not too spendy. Has a bar available if you’d like a beverage and is close to all the Ponsonby bars and attractions. Great for a a cheap and cheerful either alone, with a date or especially with a group

A few vacant food outlets post Covid. Understandable. First time visiting after a lengthy absence. Dish ordered seemed below average quality chunky cabbage stork offcuts to bulk up the meal and not very Thai in flavour or presentation compared to the same dish ordered elsewhere in Auckland. Still, the Tiger beer was reasonably priced to wash down the meal.
