Love KFC however customer service at this place is very poor. Drive thru is extremely slow it took over 10 minutes with only 2 cars. Male staff serving us was too busy chatting & mucking around with other staff members rather than concentrating on his job. They forgot to put a spoon in the bag so had to eat potatoe & gravy with a straw.
Sometimes during the day they get the food right. Everything especially on weekend and nights, expect average 30 minute waits inside or in drive through. The people on shifts or management are useless and poor communication.. The food most the time is poorly done and fries with no kfc sessoning salt on it. poor communication. Save time go somewhere else. I could have cooked a full on fried chicken dinner for the time spent for this kfc mission.
We love KFC when it comes to fast food, but this was a bad experience... Maybe because we arrived late at 21:00, I don't know, but the place had all their tables dirty, with packaging and food leftovers on them, and nobody cleaned them... Also, the crispy chicken wings that we ordered were pretty dry, they didn't even had a good taste. The chicken breast was better, but it didn't saved the situation. Overall it was a bad experience, we suggest to a avoid it.
Always enjoy KFC food. The front door was locked and required staff or exiting customers to allow customers in. I waited for over 5 minutes at the counter, to be served. While they prepared drive through orders in the back and chatted, nobody monitored the counter despite the door having a buzzer. Pretty disappointing experience. Would not recommend this outlet, unless you want drive through.
It was really quite and it was a case of the quiet day takes longer because on the busier shifts they work like machine work. The counter guy was polite and helpful which counted the most I guess.Food: 4/5

Crispy chips with the right amount of saltplenty check. Chicken cooked but still juicy not dry check Fast service check. Friendly lady on the till check Will Be back again check.
Got the catering service option, ordered online for the whare and the kai was ready on time and got packaged Infront of me. Great customer service representative. Thanks KFC Ponsonby!Food: 5/5
Man I hate it when you go thru the drive through and youre being a nice guy because theyre working hard and they take advantage of that niceness by sizing you up and giving you an order thats clearly already been made up cause it took less than 1 Minute to hand over, could be wrong, they could just be super-duper fast but the chicken wasnt piping hot so yeah. And you think of an order thats been sitting on the counter and you think of all those Herald stories you read about maggots being found on chicken and major debates about how they got there and you think "Pre-made orders just sitting around on counters" Like I said, could be wrong they could just be superfast but the chicken wasnt piping hot so...yeah.
