Was the best 7-11 I had visited. When it comes to service, friendliness and the store hygiene. That was up until today when they hired the bloke with long hair from 7-11 eight mile plains southbound Old mate doesn’t know how to be nice to the customers. Have been fueling my car and going here daily. The staff is always nice, except today where I was served by him
Use to be great, new owners and the store is terrible. They never have stock and the males that work there are lazy and always on there phones. Never have coke and to lazy to fill the fridges. Hire some staff that actually do work.
So upset with this store,How can i say this is convince 24/7 store?while when ever i go there in evening or afternoon , never ever got 7.11 milk, really worst store ever i seen, not good customer service and basic thing is never ever i got milk from this store when ever i got there, humble request to store manager plz order some extra milk if you need customers come to your store,if not then its k. Your choice. Thank you
Couldn't be bothered looking foe smokes i asked for it was clearly easier to say they don't stock them i buy them at every other 711 go figure lazy staff
Doors were shut and locked by 7:30pm had to use the night window and wouldn't let me in to use the ATM which is why I went there in the first place so I had to go to the United servo down the road
