Went into IGA WOODRIDGE today and customer service was absolutely disgusting!!! They wanted us to stand there and wait for other staff members go and find price for items that we wanted. When my dad went i stead the guy behind counter says he cannot get prices off customers only staff members. That was fine. But. My dad went there and came back with the CORRECT price while other STAFF was mucking around in other aisles. Staff member behind til was still being ignorant and still wouldnt listen to us when we told him staff werent coming with prices. Then another customer pipes up and says dont worry mate your doing a great job. My behind he is!!! Didnt even care to call manager on these lazy staff members. Never again. Staff are to slow and arrogant. Ill stick to Coles and Woolworths where my money is is worth something in there.

The young bloke Eric at the checkouts is a classic really happy and friendly. They have some crazy cheap pricing too. Store manager Kellie is a nice lady to talk to if you see her walking around. Actually all the staff have been great to deal with. Their Butcher is young but old school and cuts everything himself and doesn't get in the prepackaged stuff. You want proper butchered meat this is the place to go.
Sad to see IGA close down, but great for these guys to take over and remain open. Looks alot more spacious and more light brightens the place up. It has a variety of everything in store from meats & veges selection to assorted household items and discounted use by dated products. What you expect from a discount store.
Nice clean and friendly place to shop. I get spooked out by some people sitting in the corners looking at the shopper VERY freaky and weird. Overall this is a very good shop to shop at lots of specials staff are helpful and friendly.
The discounts at this store are not that great. If you join their Facebook page they post good specials but they are generally sold out by the time you get there
Ritches’ Super IGA Store is located in the Logan City Centre on the corner of Kingston Road and Wembley Road in Logan Central 4114. Personally I enjoy shopping at the Super IGA. It is always quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of bargains to be found and many items that you can’t find in Coles or Woolworths. There are many products imported from New Zealand. There are also some great products from Asia as well. For me it’s like taking a step back in time to my life in Papua New Guinea, with many of the same products; especially in the produce and fresh meats.
great place to shop, some labels are a tad bit pricey compared to other retailers but I love the variety found here.
For those Maori from NZ looking for Kina Watercress puha pork bones this your shop ....dont forget to leave some for me
Deli is cheaper than Coles & woolies, great for a quick shop, open public holidays, friendly staff & supports the local community.
